One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had, and what made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. From the moment we walked in, the service was poor. We stood at the hostess stand for about five minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Eventually, our waitress, Mimi, called to us and waved us over from the bar area to be seated. We ordered drinks and while waiting My girlfriend noticed another table seemed upset about how long they had been waiting, so when we ordered, she specifically noted the time: 10:36 a.m. Our food didn't arrive until 51 minutes later. There were open tables throughout our entire visit, and we could see three cooks working in the kitchen making the wait seem crazy. During our wait, a gentleman who came in and was seated after us received his food, ate his entire meal, and finished before our food even arrived. When our food finally arrived, there was no apology for the wait and no one came back to check on us. I ate about half of my breakfast sandwich and a bite of the hash browns and wasn't impressed. My girlfriend took a few bites and said her eggs were cold. After waiting nearly an hour for disappointing food, we decided to leave. At the register, Mimi again offered no apology. Instead, she blamed the cooks. When I told her the entire visit had been horrible, she became annoyed rather than showing any concern about our experience. Despite everything, I paid the bill and still left her a tip. After leaving, I decided to go back inside to get Mimi's name so I could write an accurate review and address the experience with her manager. When I asked her name, Mimi told me she "wasn't talking to me" and walked away. As she walked off, she called to her manager and said, "He's upset and wants to talk to you." The female manager came to the register, but instead of recognizing why I was upset or simply apologizing, she immediately tried to challenge our timeline by showing me the ticket and pointing out that our order was entered at 10:41 a.m. My girlfriend explained that she specifically noted the time we ordered because she had already seen another table upset about their wait and If it wasn't entered into the system until five minutes later, that's not something we control. The manager continued explaining that the cooks were responsible for how long the food took, but that completely missed my point. The cooks weren't responsible for us not being greeted. The cooks weren't responsible for Mimi never apologizing. The cooks weren't responsible for no one checking on us after our food arrived. And the cooks weren't responsible for the attitude we received when I expressed that we'd had a horrible experience. The manager eventually apologized, but only after going back and forth about the ticket and repeatedly blaming the kitchen. By that point, saying "I apologize" meant very little. What I wanted was for her to simply recognize why I was upset and acknowledge that the way Mimi handled the situation was unacceptable. Instead, it felt like she was more interested in proving me wrong with the ticket than listening to my complaint. It was after that interaction with the manager that I asked for my tip back, and it was returned to me. I had already paid and was willing to leave Mimi a tip despite the long wait, disappointing food, and poor service. I would have left it that way had the manager simply recognized the situation and offered a sincere apology instead of trying to show me up over a five-minute difference on a ticket. To make things even more unprofessional, Mimi was afterward talking and laughing about us with other employees where customers could see and hear what was happening. Restaurants get busy. Kitchens get backed up. I understand that. A sincere apology, an update during our 51-minute wait, or simply checking on us after the food arrived could have completely changed this experience. Instead, we received poor food, an excessive wait, excuses, attitude, blame shifting, and an apology only after the situation had escalated. A simple, sincere "I'm sorry" from our waitress at the beginning would have gone a long way. Instead, we never got one from her at all. We won't be returning. read more

Got there at 1045 Got drinks at 1100 1125 Food came out cold and with a cold crust for who knows how long. We sent it back then watched it get put in the microwave to be warmed up. Left 10$ for our drinks and walked out. Went to restaurant down the road. read more

She repeated everything back to them to make sure they knew exactly what they were ordering and made modifications if they needed to. Everything needs to improve here. Stood at hostess stand for 10 mins before greeted. Very understaffed! No bussers, and when the waitress (older lady) cleaned the tables that had food on them she slammed the dishes down, so very loud! She went to the kitchen and we could hear her being loud talking and slamming things. The eggs were cooked good but the hash browns were under cooked and the bacon was very thin. Had not been to a Denny's in several years. Took my elderly parents for an early Sunday breakfast. Place was only 1/3 full of customers, so we sat down immediately, but had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come by and take our 3 drink orders. It took another 15 minutes to get our drinks to the table. Sat for another 45 minutes with no orders taken and no offers of refills. Got up. Walked out. The food at this Denny's was actually very good. The restaurant in itself looks a bit run down. I imagine it is hard to get good people to work these days. However, the service and our server was excellent. My wife is very critical of the food she eats and found her plate of ham and cheese omelet to be well made, hot and of good taste. I typically have a breakfast, eggs, bacon, pancakes, coffee, etc. This time it was no different excep that everything came ou noce and hot. I would return here again. read more

We came to breakfast with our three granddaughters. 8,5, and 2 The waitress only brought two out of three apple juices. Said she would be right back with the other one and she forgot. Would have been no big deal, I asked for it she got it for us. Then she refilled our coffee asked for more cream and again forgot about it. 20 minutes later I got up and went to ask for it, ok still no big deal. Then an hour after arriving we finally got our food. When she brought it out I asked for a refill for the girls drinks to have something with their meal she said we do not refill apple juice. I said ok can I buy a refill she said we don't refill apple juice again. I said can I get a water for them then? She did finally bring them some water but for an occasion that should have been an exciting time and experience with the grandbabies and instead having awful service. I understand being busy. They were busy. I think when we sat down there were three tables left and then they was also a line. But customer service goes a long way. There was no food coming out of the kitchen so refilling coffee and drinks goes a long ways. Waiting an hour for breakfast food only is insane. We won't be back. read more

Good Breakfast, Great Service, Nice Experience! I hadn't been to Denny's in years and this visit certainly changed my mind about the restaurant. My parents and I stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed ourselves. We were greeted upon entry and immediately seated. Our waitress was very attentive and took good care of us. She even went the extra mile to make a fresh pot of decaf for my parents to enjoy. Our meals were served piping hot and portions were plentiful. I ordered this through the app and paid for it to get delivered! I ordered not in peak hour and it was delivered in 30 minutes! They called me to notify it was picked up and in route. This was my first time using the app and I had no problems. All of my food was fresh and made to order. I customize my burger and it was right! My burger was delicious and flavorful. They are always busy but man the food is always correct and the service is always great! We've been coming here for the last 7 years and I have never had a bad experience which is crazy now saying it. We always get the same 2 or three servers and one that stands out is Kacee or Kacey K. My grandfather and I came in, was seated by a young man maybe 25yrs old. Already had a bad attitude, didn't ask us for drinks or nothing I had to call him while he was passing us up multiple times and asked if we can order drinks he did grudgingly. I asked if they are short on waiters and he said yes there's nobody else which I sympathized with him and tried to be kind because I know it's tough. It made our experience sour because he wasn't able to serve us or even have manners to ask If everything was okay and if we needed anything. I was really kinda nervous to even ask for napkins because of his terrible facial expressions and exasperation. Food was fine. Won't be coming back though. read more

Do not order for delivery! Waited almost an hour for food. Got a text from door dash driver that it was handed to me. It wasn't. Called driver immediately no response and I left three messages. Contacted door dash and they removed the tip but could not refund my order. Called Denny's and asked for refund was told by Jamie that she could not refund and she replied "I don't know what to tell you". We were greeted upon entering, and seated quickly. It wasn't very busy, although there were other customers there. It took a looong time after being seated for anyone to come to our table. Our waiter finally arrived and asked what we would like to drink. We also placed our food order at this time since we had waited so long. I will say our waiter was very pleasant and polite. Our drinks arrived quickly, as did our food. Was it worth the wait? Fortunately it was. We ordered mozzarella sticks and pancake puppies as starters and they were really good! Our main courses arrived shortly after, and again, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. It was a little slow on getting drink refills, but otherwise everything went well. So why the 4 stars? I felt that even though the service was lacking, the waiters overall pleasantness and the quality of the food merited the rating. The food was probably the best we've had at a Dennys and similar style restaurants (IHOP, Cracker Barrel, etc.). So if you're in the area and looking for a place to have a bite to eat, this place will not disappoint as long as you are willing to wait a little longer than usual for service. read more

We arrived about 7pm to order breakfast for dinner and the cook (Justin, I believe) did a phenomenal job. Everything was delicious and tasty! I'm super picky about breakfast and this gentleman did a great job. Our waitress was Jamie and she was very kind and attentive. We've been to this Denny's multiple times and have never been disappointed. We appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant as well and will return again as we always do. read more

Kasee - server 5 stars!! 5 STAR to Kasee!!!! Our food was good but what makes this establishment great is Kasee!! Her energy, personality, hustle is beyond amazing! We have not had such great service in a long time. From the minute she greets you, her smile, personality just makes you feel like you're at home visiting your favorite aunt/grandma. She made sure everything was perfect and had to fix my omelette because it was missing few items, but apologized and kept coming to check up on us. She was also a one person team. She was serving, mopping and then we found out she was washing dishes earlier.... Apparently, there were no dishes to put the creamer in so she had to clean it. What a treasure she is to Dennys. I hope the management takes care of her. Such hard times and not enough people working, she is doing three person job. I'm glad we stopped by here. It was a nice treat and refreshing for our entire family to meet Kasee who had such a great attitude and started our day in a positive way.
