It is so soft and moist with just the right amount of sweetness, you would think that it would be overwhelmingly sweet, but it wasn't, it was perfect. And the carrot cake muffin was equally amazing with a hint of sweet cream cheese, tucked away in the middle of the muffin popping out to give you a sweet kiss.
