I just want to say... I love Whataburger! BUT, I really hate going to this one! The people are usually friendly but the service is sooo SLOW... So slow. I don't understand! A pretty good looking salad that my mom said was actually good, so there is your one star. Drive through is slow, walk in is slow, and i dsicovered today that online ordering and paying 20 mins before showing up is also slow. This stores service has diminished rapidly. Employee are rude, service has gone way done. Spending almost an hour in the drive thru is outrageous. Ordering food online is not any faster as you have to wait in the drive thru at night. This use to be a great store. Now it's crappy. Food isn't fresh. I had a bad experience with wait at the store on I-30 in Weatherford so I went to Granbury. There were two cars in front of me. I waited 25 minutes in line. I complained to the young man at the window. He said they only had four employees. I told him he needed to hire more and he said they had plenty but that they had called off for family emergencies. The food is usually very good, since I have been living out of stated for the last 30 years. I love having my Whataburger whenever I'm in town. This is probably the worst managed Whataburger I have ever been to. The dining room is closed. There's a sign on the door that they are short-staffed, but can never seem to keep people employed while other fast food restaurants in the area do pretty well. As per other reviews, our plight is no different. They cannot seem to make the orders correctly. Avacado burger without avacado, cheeseburger without cheese and fries missing from one of the meals. I would avoid going here like the plague. Unless, the owner starts taking pride in their franchise. I will also be addressing this issue with the corporate office so that it's not ruining the Whataburger name. At this point you're better off going literally anywhere else for a burger. read more

The only reason I give this place one star is because I can't go lower ( and it was just one whataburger) . It took 15 minutes to get my order here, and that was after I wasted 5 minutes in the drive thru. ( Once I watched a truck wait 5 minutes at the speaker to get someone to take his order I gave up on that route ) Once inside , I found this location to be dirty and sloppily run. Six employees in there, and only one , the young lady who took my order, Dyani, appeared to care about what she was doing . Everyone else moved like it would kill them to show any effort . While I waited for my burger to be prepared , I watched one employee knock over a milkshake that had just been made, and then it was five minutes before the manager got on him to clean up the spill . I've been to other Whataburger locations and have generally had a positive experience . This place is a disgrace and will not receive any business from me again. read more

Free whataburger every time you go! ... that's because it takes a year for them to make annyything so you get a free one for your birthday.... Went through the drive-thru, got a patty melt and a salted caramel shake. Both were amazing. My only complaint is the service. Bailey was the lady working the window, she was an idiot. She should not be in the hospitality industry. Had a shitty attitude, read back the wrong order and my shake had ice cream dripping down the side of the cup when she was handing it to me.
