I love this place! Difficult to get in and out, but it is very clean, the staff is wonderful and they get my order right every time. Love the Iced mocha! read more

Had to repeat order several times, then when asked if the screen was correct, she did not wait for an answer. when we got to the window we informed her she missed part of the order we had already repeated 3 times. She added it to the cost and asked us to drive around to parking lot and they would walk out the missing part of our order. That was fine but she also got the entire rest of the order wrong. We asked for a spicy chicken sandwich dry and no cheese but that was not even noted on the ticket. You need someone better on the drive thru window. read more

Service sucks! They pretty much ignore you and no one takes your order most of the time and the workers always have a bad attitude

Ordered a ultimate breakfast jack and w sourdough breakfast sandwhich but we're not what i ordered and they didn't give me my receipt had to drive back to the restaurant. read more

We have ordered food on the app also order is always fresh and hot and correct and employees are very nice only problem was trying to use our rewards maybe they don't participate in it read more

I love going here to get tacos and eggrolls. The people at the window are always nice and friendly.

Great experience. Jason was very polite in the drive thru. Food was fresh and tasty.

Ordered the $5 Tiny Taco Box. Supposed to be 25 tacos and 2 were missing. Make sure to count them bc you may be shorted and most people don't count them. Otherwise, they were good. read more

Usually pretty decent....prices not bad...ask for extra ice...at least bread is usually hot on burgers which in GRANBURY is an anomaly....lol read more

Lobby was dirty!! Two people working were not working but playing on phones. Attitude was horrible!! Fries were like rubber. Go elsewhere!

Hi I was getting dinner with my family and the drive through person was awful and rude I'm never coming here again after the person that was at the window kept telling us that to stop talking and was just being snappy and then stoping us and talking rude when we weren't even doing anything read more

Every time I doordash at night, my order shows up wrong. What's going on Jack in the Box?!?! Y'all's cooks need to start paying better attention. read more

As far as Jack in the Box goes, or any fast food restaurant for that matter, JITB of Granbury has THE best view overlooking the lake! I realize that has nothing to do with the food or service, but gazing out high over the water sure does make your Jumbo Jack taste like a 1/2lb angus burger compared! ;) My food has so far always been hot, my order correct and I've never had to wait to long...and again, that view! This may only be fast food, but it's fast and good enough for a quick bite! read more

Place is a nasty disaster, food takes forever. Employees look dead in the eyes. Don't come here.

Went thorough drive through cause we have somewhere to be but we were starving. We order, she repeats it all back correctly. Great! Right? Get our food, all wrong. We go inside, she gives us the food again... wrong. Let's try this again.... 3rd times a charm. Got the right food this time. But she didn't seem to be tossing the food that she gave us that was wrong. Wonder who got that? read more

Jack in the Box - Second time going in to get order right - Fast Food Near Me - Granbury, Texas

Hey it isn't bad when you are starving- love the cruddy lil tacos :)

The food isn't bad, but it takes FOREVER in the drive thru. I keep coming back because I'm a sucker for their egg rolls, but it's always frustrating. I recommend choosing another place if you are in a hurry. read more

Had to throw out my entire meal. Went for breakfast and coffee was disgusting and had hairs coming out of my breakfast sandwich. Will not be coming back. Please don't eat here, there are a lot of other better options. Anything else is better than this place. read more

Very dirty kitchen area and restrooms with a nasty smell to go with it. One of the employees sat at a table and slept the whole time I was there. I have a hard time believing this attitude regarding their work ethics can't be controlled. This is very sad for this to be permitted. It seems Granbury has this problem throughout the town. read more

If I could apply zero stars I would this place is in serious need of an overhaul. There are drug problems within the staff and the quality of food is crap pardon my language. I hit the dollar menu up at McDonald's before I would ever go here again. read more

I ordered some tacos and a few various items, I had to throw it all away because it was disgusting. They can do better.

I went there this morning, and I think her name was Michelle? Anyways it was Sunday the 23rd of June. And she had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She was very slow talking and dragged her words, and was just plans rude. And she messed up my order that only consisted of 3 things. 2 of them being drinks. read more

Last week me and my family went in the afternoon to get some tacos. My younger sister ordered and when the tacos came out we told them we wanted no lettuce. When I received them they had lettuce, so I went up with my sister and she told them that she ordered them without. This lady (guessing she was the manger) starts speaking in Spanish to the guy who took our order. I knew what she was saying she said something along the lines "that we were the ones that messed up and they didn't" so I guess the lady was this mad because she brougt out another 12 pack of tacos WITH LETTUCE. My mother just ignored it and we ate them we didn't get charged for those. But I will not be going here again. read more

Do yourself a favor and fork up be few extra bucks for Whataburger, or Wendy's. Every employee I've experienced at this place acts like I am burdening them with my order. And the quality, well, let's just say it leaves a LOT to be desired. After squandering the multiple second chances I gave them, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. And it sucks, 'cause I've always been a big fan of Jack. But not this one! You have been warned... read more

No reason to stop here, no one who works here wants to take your order. It's a shame since I love Jack n the Box food.
