Had to repeat order several times, then when asked if the screen was correct, she did not wait for an answer. when we got to the window we informed her she missed part of the order we had already repeated 3 times. She added it to the cost and asked us to drive around to parking lot and they would walk out the missing part of our order. That was fine but she also got the entire rest of the order wrong. We asked for a spicy chicken sandwich dry and no cheese but that was not even noted on the ticket. You need someone better on the drive thru window. read more

As far as Jack in the Box goes, or any fast food restaurant for that matter, JITB of Granbury has THE best view overlooking the lake! I realize that has nothing to do with the food or service, but gazing out high over the water sure does make your Jumbo Jack taste like a 1/2lb angus burger compared! ;) My food has so far always been hot, my order correct and I've never had to wait to long...and again, that view! This may only be fast food, but it's fast and good enough for a quick bite! read more

Very dirty kitchen area and restrooms with a nasty smell to go with it. One of the employees sat at a table and slept the whole time I was there. I have a hard time believing this attitude regarding their work ethics can't be controlled. This is very sad for this to be permitted. Last week me and my family went in the afternoon to get some tacos. My younger sister ordered and when the tacos came out we told them we wanted no lettuce. When I received them they had lettuce, so I went up with my sister and she told them that she ordered them without. This lady (guessing she was the manger) starts speaking in Spanish to the guy who took our order. I knew what she was saying she said something along the lines "that we were the ones that messed up and they didn't" so I guess the lady was this mad because she brougt out another 12 pack of tacos WITH LETTUCE. Do yourself a favor and fork up be few extra bucks for Whataburger, or Wendy's. Every employee I've experienced at this place acts like I am burdening them with my order.
