I've never experienced such a long wait for food at a fast-food restaurant. I left without any food and ended up going elsewhere. I'm not sure if I came at a bad time or if this is typical for this location, but I hope they can improve their service. The staff seemed nice, but the waiting time is unacceptable.

Tip: get familiar with the mobile app. Every dollar spent, earns you 100 points. Double points on breakfast items at certain point levels. Points will earn you free food, or $1.00 breakfast sandwiches. You can get a breakfast sandwich (Sausage McMuffin $1.00) and a "Senior Coffee"(small) for $.79. Where else can you get a fresh, hot meal for that price. Lots of others deals and rewards in there. The app will also remember previous orders, so you don't have to play "Ground Hogs Day@ every time you pull up. It works on the drive through, at the counter or curbside and they bring it to you.
