Ordered through drive thru yesterday and ordered a spicy chicken cobb salad and got home it had no chicken

Three years later same issue this morning as I had before. Employees looking at me and others standing around talking. No one acknowledged me. I stopped by Whataburger for breakfast and had a pretty awful experience. While the service was polite and friendly, the drive through is super inefficient. They have you park in 2 lanes and an employee walks out to take your credit card, walks inside to run it and grab your food, and then walks back out to deliver it. Getting a single breakfast sandwich took over 20 minutes. The bacon, egg, and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar biscuit was just okay. The egg was cold by the time it got out to me and the biscuit was super oily. It worked in a pinch, but I wouldn't eat here again. read more

I've had poor experiences at Whataburger locations in Fort Worth the last several years. The quality of food and service has continually deteriorated since the group from Chicago bought Whataburger from the Dobson's, the original founders. Today I ordered an egg and cheese taquito. The drive-through attendant failed to give me picante sauce. . I had to wait at the window for the attendant to return to the window so I could ask for the picante sauce. Then I discovered the taquito been made with cheese slices. Taquitos have always been and should always be made with shredded cheese. One of these days I'll learn to give up and never go back to Whataburger again. If food and service at the first Whataburger had been as bad as it's been in my experience since the takeover Whataburger would never have expanded beyond one location. read more

Great customer service and great food and the only thing is as great is the wait time some times

The staff is terrible. Ordered a chocolate shake, handed me a vanilla shake, said to me "the chocolate is in there, it will mix itself." No chocolate in entire cup. Disgusting dirty and the health dept should shut down on how they leave food laying around. Takes about an hour with staff looking down and ignoring you before anyone acknowledges a customer. Make sure you order really slow and double and triple check your order before you leave people. These people are about as sharp as a wet cornflake. There's not a single time where they have gotten my order correct. The only reason I even go there is because it's a half mile from my house. When in Texas you have to have a Whataburger! This restaurant is open 24/7 with both in restaurant dining and drive-through available. The style of the restaurant decor has not changed decades so there are no surprises! The drive-through we checked out to go order very quickly and asked us to pull around. I believe they were very short staffed as we waited about ten minutes for food. Whataburger had never been a super fast drive through experience so plan accordingly. The price is reasonable and if you're looking for a burger fix, this is the place to go! read more

Then the worker comes out to ask me what my order was after I just payed for it.... I've been coming here for years but this place is awful and they lost a loyal customer today. I should not have to pay for this food especially after I waited 45 minutes!!!! Ordered a patty melt which is not a complicated order. We, like most, love Whataburger. However, this particular location is a smoldering dumpster fire. We tried to avoid dealing with their customer service by ordering delivery via their website. After an hour wait, Uber Eats sent a text to let us know our order was cancelled for some unknown reason. My advice is do not eat or order from here unless you've got an hour or two to devote to the process of actually obtaining the correct order. read more

This location is always a pleasure to come into. The associates are always nice and the food comes out in a timely manner. People aren't waiting around for their orders. All are eating and happy. This is THEE worst Whataburger ever, the workers in here are just childish petty kids. I came here for a simple burger with just cheese and ketchup I made sure to ask twice if they got that it was just cheese and ketchup before I even paid just for them to bring me a sandwich with everything but cheese and ketchup, so I brought the burger back to them for them to refix I wasn't upset. I asked very nicely they give me back the burger just for me to open it up and see that the burger was saturated in ketchup. It almost seemed like a joke I don't understand why it was such an issue to ask for only ketchup and cheese. I'll never come here again. Hopefully they can hire better competent workers. read more

Has anyone ever been inside this place? I was shook to see so many cockroaches. Some dead and some sort of alive!!! They are even inside the lights in the ceiling. My daughter was mortified. I usually go to drive thru but happened to go inside cause my kids were going crazy in the car(you can expect to spend up to 20 minutes just waiting for your food) I can't lie and say the food isn't good though. Was given the wrong order and realized when I got home and opened it. Couldn't go back to get the food remade and just wanted to get a refund. The solution was to come back the next day with the food and receipt to get the refund. Y'all got the order wrong and want me to bring back food a day later? That's nasty and horrible service. Terrible service!! Everyone is usually kind to me but this time the shift manager, Victoria, was taking my order. You would think that would typically result in a better service, but no. She took my order, I thanked her, and I grabbed the receipt. She screamed at me, "You ain't gotta snatch it though!" I looked at her confused as I didn't snatch the receipt, and after realizing she was upset at me, I apologized and said that I didn't mean to snatch it. She continued on escalating the situation and said, "You can go to another whataburger with that snatchin sh*t." I didn't want to continue to escalate the situation as there were other people in the restaurant so I left. Customers are supposed to be the first priority, and you should not take out your anger on those that are comign to support your establishment. Ridiculous. read more

Waited five minutes before someone came over speaker to take order. I began to think the speaker didn't work since they didn't even say they would be right there. Placed my order and then waited 20 minutes in line even though there were only two people ahead of me. I ordered the chicken strip al la carte meal, when I got home the Texas toast was missing, the "gravy" was literally the consistency of milk, (I took a video of it but it won't let you post videos) and I asked for ketchup which they didn't give. read more

So wife wanted French fries. Go through the drive through and order a large fry. Get the sack and drive off. Fries are all over cooked and brown. So I circle back around and go inside. I ask lady at the counter if I could get some new fries, that these are over cooked. She says that she just made them and that's how they come. I stated, well, can I get some new once that are less cooked? She said they will look just like those, because they are on a timer. So I say, well can you adjust the timer because all of the fires you are serving are burnt as I scan the dining room and look at everyone's fries. Which they all were. She said she can't but she will make me a fresh order. So I accepted hoping that they might be different. NOPE. A fresh hot batch of over cooked fries. Wow. Terrible. The only reason I don't give a 5 star rating is more my pet peeve....I always tell them the exact amount of condiments we need, 1 ketchup, 1 picante.
