First Whataburger experience today, so now I get the hamburger discourse around this place, In-N-Out, 5 Guys, etc. Started with the original, Monterey Jack, with green chilies, at the recommendation of Luis, who, by the way, is an incredible host. Every restaurant needs someone like him. Everything freshly made is nice. Fries and onion rings are standard, nothing special. I do like their spicy ketchup, though. Nice touch. I'm not going to count the days until Whataburger expands to where I live, but it's a reliable choice when you're in this area. read more

Mr.Urrutia please teach your staff to have extreme customer service, not have them wait for their food and drinks staff member, said he would return never did went to eat his food had a waiting on an ice coffee. Instead he went and enjoyed his dinner left us waiting. Your manager seemed bothered by me complaining she made the ice coffee and by the taste of it she had no clue how to make an ice coffee. Went recently. The service was...okay i suppose. The food was pretty good though which was appreciated. But one employee by the name of Blas was truly fantastic! Excellent service from him and my food was hot and fresh. He had a wonderful smile on his face the whole time and made the experiance very enjoyable. I love me some Whataburger. I came from Chicago just to try for the first time and everything was perfect. I had a chance to try breakfast and then another day I was able to have some food off the dinner menu. I also took two green chili doubles back to Chicago. This was an unexpected stop at this location, but it was pleasant. We ordered a whataburger meal with a mixed (chocolate and vanilla) milkshake and a patty melt meal with orange soda. Adding a milkshake on the meal is a extra $1.04. The ordering process was a breeze and the guy that took our order was nice. Once we received our food, everything was there and the fries were nice and hot. I did try the milkshake and for some reason the texture was a bit strange to me. It's usually smoother than it was at this location. Other than that the food was decent and was a good visit. Other than the milkshake I have this location a 4 because I did the drive thru route..so I am unsure how clean or the actual interaction would be. Delicious place for fast food that's good! I think I've tried everything on the menu before and I can't complain! For breakfast, try the honey butter chicken biscuit! Worst experience this evening. The girl in the drive through window charged the other customer's meal on my card then caused the Entire Drive Through to back up. This isn't the first time this issue has happened. They told my wife and I to pull off to the left after paying. This delay in the window at this location was a first for us. . . after waiting 11 minutes and 8 seconds. I noticed all of the employees were in a frenzy joking around and not at their stations as they are supposed to be. Long story short, my order was wrong, my card was charged for another customer's order, employee staff was in an Unprofessional Gaggle Fu@k and took forever. read more

Very disappointed. Let me start off by saying I've been to 3 different locations all where the same. All locations got my order wrong, all had your typical teenage friendly staff and all where a huge disappointment. I've been to one in Lawton,OK. Tucson ,AZ. and El Paso, TX...... I grew up in LA now live in Las Vegas , everyone I know who come from the south rave about Whataburger , give me "In n Out or Five Guys" any day. Whataburger"s fries are ok not bad not great , but the burgers are bland and not worth the price or the time. The burgers are on par with Del tacos bacon cheeseburger.... the only good thing they have is their " spicy ketchup ". Clean bathrooms. Had the green Chile double AND the avocado bacon burger. Small, but clean interior. Nice counter staff on the day we were there, and someone cleaning seats, even though it already looked pretty good. We had trouble finding a place that was nice looking and convenient know our road trip. This Whataburger was a good one. It seemed like someone cared about keeping it nice.
