0/10 After driving almost 10 hours we should've went with BWW next door. First off we were hungry & exhausted, ready to pick up food & rest at hotel NEXT DOOR. The young lady who took our order over the speaker was clearly joking around with someone laughing and couldn't hear us. We quite frankly didn't have time to play around when she CLEARLY wasn't paying attention. We then had to pull up to the window where a very nice young man named Hunter took our order. Thank you to him. Then proceeded to only go a few hundred feet to our hotel next door, opened our food, & it was COLD!!!! :( Very hangry, Very disappointed. Management definitely needs to address the young lady and food should be served warm. After 10 hours of traveling with a baby in the stormy rainy weather all we wanted a good meal.. I'm sure there's plenty of travelers passing this location needing the same. read more

Terrible. First time we ate there, it was still new and packed. Took 35 minutes to get food. It was okay, I gave them benefit of the doubt. Went back months later. Not busy. Took 27 minutes to get food, and it was dry. Subpar service. A guy talked to manager while we were waiting because he had been waiting over 20 minutes already before us. Terribly ran restaurant. We won't go back and recommend you save your time and money. read more

When they first opened, the food was greasy and tasteless. Most recently, the food stank; it had a really bad smell like either the kitchen or the person making the food needed to clean up. Impossible to eat so I threw it out! Do.Not.Recommend. read more

Ate breakfast there this morning and of the crunchy honey chicken biscuit the only part that was crunchy was the biscuit. Both biscuit and chicken were cold, service was 15 minutes of setting at the window waiting on my order whilst cars were piing up behind me. The, I assume, manager pops out from the back giving me a moment of hope but that was quickly assuaged as he cracks a joke with the employee, refills his coffee cup and prances back to his liar. I know in this day and age of service personal trauma we our supposed to be understanding but damnation enough is enough. 12 bucks for cold inedible food and horrendous service I'll just go to the gas station and get microwave burritos. read more

CANDACE (or however you spell it) is the absolute rudest and most UNPROFESSIONAL manager I have ever spoken to. Went through the drive through and was asked 3 times if we wanted cheese on the kids burgers which don't even come with cheese just for them to have cheese on them when we got home. Granted I usually ALWAYS check, but didn't think I had to since they clarified several times NO CHEESE. So when I call I talk to a really sweet and understanding employee Austin & he APOLOGIZES AND REASSURES ME that I didn't just WASTE 40$ and says he will get the burgers fixed so we can DRIVE BACK to get them. So after getting off of the phone I hear my son saying the fries are hard with no taste no taste and there are even some weird wet spots not to mention ICE COLD. Those fries had been sitting a while. So I call back and explain that I would like some HOT fries with my order that they originally butchered only to hear from a manager that they won't be giving me any fries. She didn't even say anything about a receipt being needed or anything that you are supposed to say to a paying customer that has an issue... she literally told me I wouldn't be getting any fries. After having to drive 15 min back!!! That's the least you could do! To make up for the hungry kids at home and my gas and time. But don't worry, I'll be going through every avenue possible to make sure your actions and miserable inhospitable personality are made aware of. read more
