Let me start by saying I love Whataburger. I have been going to this particular store for 35+ years. However this is the worst I have ever seen it, and they don't care. Placed order online today. App said ready in ten minutes. Got there 15 minutes later and checked in online. Two other online people were already waiting too. After 15 more minutes I went inside. This location is seriously ran very poorly. I've been going to this location for almost a year because it's the closes to where I live and EVERY SINGEL time I go it does not fail to disappoint. Either my order is wrong or my food is cold but at this point what do you expect when you go into the dinning room you can tell why your order is wrong. There is either 3-4 employees just walking around doing nothing and one sleeping at the dinning table. Management needs to step up their game. Lines here are ALWAYS STAGNANT. The last three times I attempted to come to this location ppl in the line ended up backing out and leaving it was taking such a ridiculously long time. Like I'm talking 20 mins with NO MOVEMENT. One of the times everyone was backing up to leave a lady who worked tgeee came out to tell us it was going to be at least a 30 minute wait, probably longer. I mean everyone obviously wanted to leave and with the way the line is set up we all had to back up and go over speed bumps and it was very unyieldy/difficult to maneuver out of the line just adding another level of inconvenience/making it clear just how badly ppl had to want out to go through all of that. If the hefty guy interrupting the girls with hugging and flirting spent half as much time actually working then maybe they could get some food out. We are in town for a visit and went to the N Collins location in Arlington, Tx. Told them we had never eaten at Whataburger. They were so nice. Fixed me up with an "all add-on" burger minus the meat. Lisa the manager even checked on me to ask how the meatless burger was. It was a wonderful experience! She even clued us in to 4 dollar Cowboys tickets to the game on Sunday. Thank you Lisa! I spent half my lunch hour in the drive thru only to be turned away with NO FOOD because their card reader wasn't working and they wouldn't take Apple Pay because she didn't want to hold my phone. I go here @ lunch time. Place is always HELLA busy, so that's a good sign. Customer service has always been spot on here. The Mgrs. always seem to be the same so again to me looks good. They get there crews gettin it done! Food is always hot n fresh. And few times they have left something off the order they quickly take care of it. This location is legit to me. You can't go wrong with Whataburger. I got all the way home with my late night meal and all I wanted was lemonade. I took a sip of water with a hint of lemon because the syrup needed to be switched out and that clearly wasn't done. It's not worth the drive back to get my lemonade because I'm too tired to do so but it was disappointing. It set the tone for my meal. Customer service wasn't extraordinary but to be fair the drive thru line wrapped the building and the inside was packed. Common to be missing items. Food is greatly improved from the early Covid days. Don't expect quick responses from online contacts regarding problems. Polite workers. We ordered on the app it said our order would e ready in 7 minutes. We got there in 8 minutes and our order was not ready. I went in to pick up and took them like 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Once I finally got our order it seemed like everything was correct. Ever since I've moved to Arlington I've been bummed that this is the closest whataburger to me. My most recent trip has finally made me post a review because how ridiculously silly it was. Normally when I go here late at night I expect to wait 30min or so to get my food through the drive thru because they are closed on the inside(even before rona). I pay via mobile and place my order right when I get to the speaker in hopes I can get my good fresh. After waiting 50min I get to the window and was told they didn't have apple pie ready qnd id have to wait 7min and I just asked if I could be refunded. A manager comes to the window and instead of being apologetic she starts explaining why she can't refund the apple pie to which I quickly reply with can I please just have my food. Instead of offering a voucher or anything she just closes the window and orders the nice cashier to get my food. Lucky enough the cashier offered if I would like something else which I begrudgingly accepted the lemon pie. Instead of being the customer that goes through my bag holding up the line I get home to cold fries,cold burgers with no bacon(which I added and is on the receipt), and no apple pie. I'd be less mad about something like this if I waited 20min or so but to wait and hour and have to re heat my wrong order is inexcusable. The food is always good. There is a bit of a wait each time, but that's normal for any location. Good food, even "fast food", takes time. The line always seems a lot shorter at this location. Getting in and out can be a little confusing for new comers due to the funny shaped construction of the parking lot. Traffic isn't too bad for this area as well. No memorable moments with the staff but that's neither good nor bad. If you're looking for the best burgers in town, you've found the right place! read more

I am a fan of their fried lemon pies. The burgers are just burgers, not special in any way. Yesterday my boyfriend wanted to go there so I called to ask about their biscuits and gravy. They answered my question, but didn't mention they were done serving them. The website had the wrong time posted that breakfast was available. So all I had was my lemon pie. I've had the BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich a few times, and it always tastes just a little burnt, and always tears the roof off of my mouth. Don't plan to go back any time soon. read more

This location seems to have improved everything except their drive thru speed during a rush. The food is more consistent at night now though.
