This place takes advantage of their community. The prices are really high for what they offer. I…read moresaw a 20gal fish tank being sold for the same price as if you were to buy brand new at Petco (which ships to you too). You also can't tell if the aquarium is damaged until you fill it up. By then, you're screwed. A busted old canvas cost $40 when you could buy one at Target for less. I'm not trying to punch them by saying corporations sell for cheaper, but if you're a thrift store or you're supposedly non-profit and want to help your community, I think the prices should be relative towards that. I came here the first time last summer to donate an entire SUV worth of stuff. I felt unappreciated. No one guided me on what to do here. I had to ask workers and they just told me to leave my stuff in the back room. While I unloaded my cart full of new with tags branded clothing and really nice furniture and home decor, one of the workers was already digging my stuff calling dibs on whatever she wanted. Overall, it's a nice place with a decent selection but they really have to lower their prices. A lot of the stuff they have are 20+ years old and not in a good way, but they sell as-if it's new and retail. I was hoping some families could benefit from the clothes and home goods I donated, but sadly, I think most of the workers will pick out the nice stuff. I'm not against the employees having nice things, it just doesn't seem fair for the shoppers. I continue to donate only because I don't want to toss this stuff in the landfill when they're perfectly fine but I'm a bit upset they're profiting so much off my stuff. I wanted to do a good deed and I realize there's definitely no recognition for it.

The store is an absolute mess, and everything is extremely poor quality and way overpriced. There…read moreis so much stained clothes, cheap brand names, and just plain garbage. It seems like most of the stuff should have just been put in the garbage, rather than on the shelf. It's a shame that these free donations are being priced at the retail price or higher. Definitely would not even suggest wasting your time.

This is a great store located on the busiest street in this neighborhood…read more They have tons of brands we all love (7forallmankind, JBrand, citizens, juicy, AG, Vintage Havana, splendid, free people, etc, etc.) They have a major denim selection. They carry all the new styles you can find in department stores, and have almost all sizes, even my hard to find petite 24. The young girls that work there are nice, and try hard to make you happy. As soon as they see you starting to look around, and get your hands on some things, they run over to you to help you start your fitting room (that are probably the smallest i've ever seen, but whatever). I love that they help you, it reminds me of the high end department stores personal shopping. You need help finding a size? Don't even bother to begin to look. Just ask the girls, they'll be more than happy to help find it for you while you carry on and look at there other merchandise. Any damaged, snagged imperfect items you find, they will always take off a few dollars if you ask them nicely. They always have great sales, especially now. They're in the process of moving next door to a much larger location. Everything has been ripped out and is being redone. So they're whole old location is basically on sale for a "Moving Sale". If you want a pair of expensive designer jeans that are usually out of your price range, now is the time to snatch up a nice pair around $100. I love their winter selection of sweaters, jackets, and fur vests. They are a little pricey and i'm sure you can go to a department store and find similar items cheaper. But the convenience here can't be beat. And they really do have an amazing selection, and fabulous sales too. The one reason I'm only giving four stars is because I do think that their old location is a little grimy and run down. The carpets are nearly black with dirt and dust, there are water stains through out the paint on the walls and ceilings. Once they have moved I will be updating on the hopeful cleanliness and glamor of their new and improved location. Now is definitely a good time for there move, instead of much needed renovations to this location. I still enjoy shopping here, and this in no way takes away from your shopping experience here.

I ordered from them and they never shipped my order, never received any communication about it…read moreeither. :(
