There was no care to fix the mistakes that were made nor was there any customer service to try to retain what relationship had been started. We used them for our wedding, and day of there were wrong colors and sizes with both the linens for the tables and the vests that the groomsmen had rented. We had no time to check things beforehand because she "kept forgetting to order" and we did not receive everything till day before the wedding; leaving us in a panic if she would even follow thru. This one scenario doesn't even begin to cover how much of a mess using this business was. She answered the first phone call and told us to recheck and let her know what was needed. We were ignored the rest of the day and text messages/phone calls were never returned to us, our friends, or the wedding venue. There was no care to compensate, and no apology given; even with us continuing to reach out. I understand mistakes happen, but a good business does not ignore their client just because they have received payment in full. Without a doubt, was the worst vendor we worked with for the event and will not use them again nor recommend their linens for any event--which is sad because the linen options were almost limitless.

We normally go to Men's Warehouse and honestly that's my biggest regret. The photos I posted the red one is the tux from Generation Tux and the one that's blue is from Men's Warehouse. You can just tell from looking at the photos which one is better. I personally think the blue one from Men's Warehouse is way better, the fit and the look of the material just looks more class. I went to 4 stores before going into Gowntastic, and all 4 let me down since designers only like to design the beautiful dresses for petite sizes. When I walked into Gowntastic, Marissa was immediately welcoming. She asked what size I was running and pointed to the size rack that had my size. They had a HUGE selection of sizes compared to other stores for sizes 16+. The dresses are organized by size, and each one is in a protective clear bag while up on the rack. Each dress has a little picture of the model wearing it, so you know what the dress looks like without having to pull it down. The prices of the dresses are also moderate- which was very nice. More expensive than Macys- but less expensive than Henri's. The prices are definitely rational for the dresses! When I started pulling a dress down, Marissa was immediately there to help me with it. She put all my dresses in the fitting room for me and opened them up so it would be easy to get out of the bag and get on. When I got a dress on, all I had to do was peek my head out of the dressing room and Marissa was right there to help me zip/tie the dress up. She was also very very kind about making you feel good in the dress. She even went out of her way to try and pick out gowns she thought i'd like when I was in the fitting room. It was clear she cares and values her customers. Gowntastic also has their own seamstress. Marissa seemed more than happy to help me, even when I wanted to try dresses on over and over. I'm not sure if she's the owner- but if she is she deserves the world. This was the one store that I didn't burst out crying in. It was so welcoming and inclusive.
