    My first experience for my 2 dogs went very well. Pleasant and the dogs were done well. The last…read morevisit, I explained how I wanted their hair cut and the dogs were not done as I asked and were cut extremely short especially their tails. Today we had an appointment. I was late with one dog, we have flooding and pouring rain. I called and no answer. My second dog had an appointment for 11am, I was told to bring both dogs in the same time. When I arrived I was 30 min late, I was outside the establishment, however the NOTICE on the door stated the dogs must be walked before entering, by the time I walked the dogs outside of the establishment I was about 25 min late. I entered, explained the cut. Suddenly, I was told both dogs are canceled because I was late and it wasn't fair to the owner to run late, I was directed to make new appointments. My dog for 11am was also canceled. The "directive" was abrasive and rude. I understand the issue, canceling one dog, I get it, but rudely telling me to rebook both, in a tone not conducive to business customer service. NO way. The abrasiveness of your approach is not where I will do business with my dogs. If that is how you talk to the customer. HOW do you treat my dogs. My dogs are my family and I would not be treated that way as a person.

I combed her before even taking her in. Besides that they cut her ears so much that she had cuts in her ears also had cuts by her mouth. My dog was depressed and refused to eat. This place had no explanation for why this happened. Highly disappointed with the service we received.

Unfortunately since…read moreit's been under new ownership I've noticed a decline in the staffs professionalism and respect for customers. I have not had a problem with my pups following grooms neither physically or emotionally, so I have continued to bring them. However this time was the last time, undoubtedly. When I arrived to pick my Yankee up I was surprised to hear that their credit card system was not working. I do not carry cash on me and since I live so close by I left my phone behind when I left to pick up my dog. The girl at the counter was kind when she asked if I could zelle the payment when I got home, which I had no problem doing. However the "manager" (Chelsea I believe was her name), apparently didn't like the idea of that. She walked over with a nasty attitude asking me "what the problem was" and told me she would not be giving me my dog until I paid. Meanwhile my puppy was screeching for me and scratching under the gate. Obviously this was not a great way to approach the situation and I told her to call her boss to take my card info and let her know I will no longer be bringing my business there because of her managers treatment of me. She had a smirk as if she could care less, which is probably the case to be honest and that's just fine. And they don't know me or all the business I have sent their way that will also follow me after such disrespect. Such a shame. This place was really great until they started hiring these kind of people. Miss the old staff! I will be trying another place next month.
