Just calling my dog obese!!! I wanted to know what happened so I could help her since she could walk on her front leg!!! Accidents happen but they wouldn't own it. I brought her to the Emergency Vet in Toms River since it was a Saturday. The Vet said either she fell off the table and sprained her leg or her leg was twisted from getting her nails cut, but she had a bad sprain and that it would take a couple weeks to get better if not bring her back in. Sent them the bill since she said she would pay for it and she deducted the grooming bill from it. So you admit your wrong, but then charge me for hurting my dog? This is a disgrace of business practices especially one that works with Animals!!!! Thank god my dog is ok now, but your behavior is disturbing when people trusting their animals in your care.

I was late with one dog, we have flooding and pouring rain. I called and no answer. My second dog had an appointment for 11am, I was told to bring both dogs in the same time. When I arrived I was 30 min late, I was outside the establishment, however the NOTICE on the door stated the dogs must be walked before entering, by the time I walked the dogs outside of the establishment I was about 25 min late. I entered, explained the cut. Suddenly, I was told both dogs are canceled because I was late and it wasn't fair to the owner to run late, I was directed to make new appointments. My dog for 11am was also canceled. The "directive" was abrasive and rude. I understand the issue, canceling one dog, I get it, but rudely telling me to rebook both, in a tone not conducive to business customer service. NO way. The abrasiveness of your approach is not where I will do business with my dogs. If that is how you talk to the customer. HOW do you treat my dogs. My dogs are my family and I would not be treated that way as a person.

I have not had a problem with my pups following grooms neither physically or emotionally, so I have continued to bring them. However this time was the last time, undoubtedly. When I arrived to pick my Yankee up I was surprised to hear that their credit card system was not working. I do not carry cash on me and since I live so close by I left my phone behind when I left to pick up my dog. The girl at the counter was kind when she asked if I could zelle the payment when I got home, which I had no problem doing. However the "manager" (Chelsea I believe was her name), apparently didn't like the idea of that. She walked over with a nasty attitude asking me "what the problem was" and told me she would not be giving me my dog until I paid. Meanwhile my puppy was screeching for me and scratching under the gate. Obviously this was not a great way to approach the situation and I told her to call her boss to take my card info and let her know I will no longer be bringing my business there because of her managers treatment of me. She had a smirk as if she could care less, which is probably the case to be honest and that's just fine. And they don't know me or all the business I have sent their way that will also follow me after such disrespect. Such a shame. This place was really great until they started hiring these kind of people. Miss the old staff! I will be trying another place next month.

They are gentle, professional, and make sure Missy is comfortable every step of the way. What I also love is that it's a great environment for dogs to socialize while they're there, which helps Missy feel more relaxed and have a good time. The owner, Katie, is gracious and makes you feel like your pup is priority. Because it's located right on 9, she has extra precautions with a buzz-in and buzz-out entrance in place to ensure the safety of your pet. With wonderful service, the grooming was very reasonably priced. My golden retriever loves other dogs and especially loves humans, but can be a scaredy cat at times. Katie made him feel at home and was done with him in less than 2 hours. She made the whole experience so personable. We were able to pick out a scent and explain exactly what look we were trying to achieve with his fur cut. When we picked him up, his cut was perfect, he smelled wonderful, and he was such a happy and relaxed pup acting as if he were at home.
