When I picked her up, it looked like nothing much was done to her. I assumed it was another puppy cut and did not know my husband specifically requested for her to be shaved until I got home. Jenny refuses to give us our money back and takes no responsibility for this. She claims that it is theft to dispute a service charge and if I dispute the charge, she will send the police to my house. What a real professional and mature way to handle the situation. We requested our money back because we need to go somewhere else and get our dog fixed. They charged me $110 and barely did anything to her and what was done to her is a complete mess. I don't trust them touching any of my dogs again, as I have 2 other dogs that I have been bringing there for years. You would think Jenny would have handled this much better, as I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now. In addition, I did question the absurd $110 charge and I was told it was because she got full service. It is quite comical how Jenny also claims that many customers don't show up for their appointments, as she complained to me how she needs to charge for that. So she charges for services not rendered in many ways.I will never be going back. Shame on you Jenny! This is not a way to do business. In regards to your reply Jenny, You are a liar! Your Groomer did not speak to us during the appt and she did not what we asked. You did not shave her down and you did not do $110 worth of services. They gave me this whole thing about not being able to use the grooming shaver so he had to be "scissor cut" meanwhile he had an entire right front leg shaved to the meat! And it was a horrible job! I personally use Jessica as a groomer and she's amazing as soon as she sees my dog you can see her eyes light up! You can truly tell the people here care about the animals brought to them! Along with that the place is very clean and your puppy as long as he/she gets along with other dogs isn't locked up and get to play as he/ she waits for their service!
