She was bathed and groomed and done in no time, the girls were so good with her, she is older and a love bug, they talked sweetly to her and she was fine, even got a cute pink bow to match her bedazzled collar. Because I spoil my puppers, I couldn't help it, and I bought a variety of snacks and baked goods they have on display- I seriously couldn't decide LOL, so I even included two huge pig ears for her. When I picked her up, it looked like nothing much was done to her. I assumed it was another puppy cut and did not know my husband specifically requested for her to be shaved until I got home. Jenny refuses to give us our money back and takes no responsibility for this. She claims that it is theft to dispute a service charge and if I dispute the charge, she will send the police to my house. What a real professional and mature way to handle the situation. We requested our money back because we need to go somewhere else and get our dog fixed. They charged me $110 and barely did anything to her and what was done to her is a complete mess. I don't trust them touching any of my dogs again, as I have 2 other dogs that I have been bringing there for years. You would think Jenny would have handled this much better, as I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now. In addition, I did question the absurd $110 charge and I was told it was because she got full service. It is quite comical how Jenny also claims that many customers don't show up for their appointments, as she complained to me how she needs to charge for that. So she charges for services not rendered in many ways.I will never be going back. Shame on you Jenny! This is not a way to do business. In regards to your reply Jenny, You are a liar! Your Groomer did not speak to us during the appt and she did not what we asked. You did not shave her down and you did not do $110 worth of services. How dare you charge that much for a puppy that you did nothing to! And you did threaten me with the police and told me that they will show up at my house. If anybody is reading this go find yourself another groomer. There are plenty of others.

The dogs are free to walk about and socialize in the penned in room before and after their grooming appts until the pets get picked up. The groomers do an incredible job of cleaning up your pooch and cutting them with precision & give them a cute handkerchief when finished. You can tell Kelly's pet grooming is a "pet-centric" experience. Pricing is very fair and the owner, Shannon runs a grade "A" operation. The grooming took less than 2 hours for our 2 pets - so they are efficient as well. Tucked in right behind the Shore House bar & grill on Rt 88 over the bridge, you can easily miss this gem of a place, as it is the Shore's best kept secret. Shannon will listen to learn what you require of your pet's grooming needs. I can't recommend Kelly's Pet Grooming enough as the pets seem really happy when you pick them up. They seem to all like being free to roam the area and interact with other "clients" b/c you don't seem to hear the anxious incessant barking that you often hear at those giant pet stores.

Made me seem like I was lying to her. All I was asking was for a heartfelt apology and Nothing was said. I waited up to today because I wanted to see if she would at least call me and apologize. She didn't and this shows me she doesn't care or really thinks they didn't do this. I called my groomer in Florida and showed her the pictures. She said it was definitely a burn from a shear or razor. My groomer I'm Florida has been grooming my doodle since she was 4 months old and never had a problem. It's not about the money. It's about being a good business owner and showing the customer that your sorry in a heartfelt manner. I am a business owner and if someone complains, I make it right for them or at least show that I care. Liz and her partner did not. Sorry Liz, I'm sure your good at what you do but we're all human and make mistakes. Just fess up and apologize even if you think you didn't do it. I would have never written this if you just personally called me and gave me a heartfelt apology. Hopefully this will let you know in the future to just say your sorry and mean it.
