Initially it broke my heart to even leave him there for just a couple days. I booked him with the same stall/kennel as his brother so they wouldn't be lonely or scared. He was scared I was leaving him and wasn't coming back... but as soon as I picked them both up I could tell they absolutely loved the owners here! We're now regulars here every time we go away for a long weekend and/or to visit family in another state. Every time we drive up, they're panting and scratching at the door to get out, and jump out like a bat outta hell, both of them, bc they can't wait to get in there! The owners are the sweetest, and very friendly, and good with the pricing. They don't overcharge. And they are very accommodating. I will continue to bring my boys here as long as they remain open and have openings to keep my pups! You guys rock!

Every time we get there, my pups are never pulling to go the other way. My pups have stayed the night there over the years from 2 nights to 14 days and they never reek like prior places they've been. They even have great grooming services they offer which is totally worth it but my point it's NOT needed even though they were at the kernel. This place is great all around and would definitely recommend!

She dragged her back on the leash and I'm guessing when she picked her up my dog snapped at her. I didn't get far in the car when I got a call to come and get her. I was so upset and found Beth and she assured me my dog would be fine and apparently she has been. I love the girls there.

Catie is always great to work with - she lets us know if her schedule changes and otherwise shows up reliably when promised. The dogs love her and she does a great job making them look and smell terrific. But more than that, she really pays attention. My dad is older and sometimes he doesn't notice when things are wrong. Catie once came to groom the dogs and informed us that one of them had a raging ear infection. Sure enough, we got her over to the vet and she had an ear infection that had clearly been going for quite some time. Prices are reasonable for such a service, and Catie has been easy to work with as I pay my dad's bills for him now. The best, highly recommend.

Awesome job as always! Catie rocks!! Done in an hour! Pup smells great! And a little tie :)read more

The woman who runs this business, Kathy is a liar. She's been grooming my dogs now for about a year…read moreand a half. The other day I took all three of my Cavaliers to her and she refused to groom my senior Cavalier. Of course she only spoke to my husband because she knows that she would get a crap load of questions from me. The last two times I took my dogs there and got them have my notice that the insides of their ears had not been trimmed and the ears were not cleaned then I noticed that they were not bathed. If you smell the bottom of your dog's paws and they smell like Fritos, that means your dogs paws did not get any clean water on them. So the last two times that I took my dogs there my husband said you DO shampoo the dogs correct and she said yes and again we got them back and they were not shampood. I would absolutely not recommend this groomer to anybody and right now I'm so angry that I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau. I also noticed that her Facebook account is not active. Maybe that was because I left a horrible review. I am not even kidding when I tell you do not take your dog there.
