My dog greeted her and sniffed her over. She ask if there are any problem or concerns and took my dog into her truck. She had a contract/policies sheet I read over and signed. About 45\50 minutes later she was done and my dog was clean and fresh with a cute bandana!! Payment was easy (even though I feel bad because I didn't get to add a tip). But we set the next appt! Catie is always great to work with - she lets us know if her schedule changes and otherwise shows up reliably when promised. The dogs love her and she does a great job making them look and smell terrific. But more than that, she really pays attention. My dad is older and sometimes he doesn't notice when things are wrong. Catie once came to groom the dogs and informed us that one of them had a raging ear infection. Sure enough, we got her over to the vet and she had an ear infection that had clearly been going for quite some time. Prices are reasonable for such a service, and Catie has been easy to work with as I pay my dad's bills for him now. The best, highly recommend.

One thing I really like about the boarding at Villa is that the dogs are not put into separate crates at night, but rather get to sleep in couch-filled rooms with other dogs. We went in tonight to see if we could fine a crate for our dog. While in there I heard this little…read moredog cry out. So I went to find where it was coming from. It was coming from the grooming area. I stood and watched. The groomer was clearly upset at the dog and being rough and push the dog a few times. The little dog looked scared. She seemed to sense me watching and started to be nicer to the dog. I asked a few people if it was their dog. It wasn't anyone's dog. I took a picture to show the dog. If this is your dog. I hope you see this and don't take him/her back. This is why I never left my dog at a groomer.
