We went in tonight to see if we could fine a crate for our dog. While in there I heard this little dog cry out. So I went to find where it was coming from. It was coming from the grooming area. I stood and watched. The groomer was clearly upset at the dog and being rough and push the dog a few times. The little dog looked scared. She seemed to sense me watching and started to be nicer to the dog. I asked a few people if it was their dog. It wasn't anyone's dog. I took a picture to show the dog. If this is your dog. I hope you see this and don't take him/her back. This is why I never left my dog at a groomer. read more

Trigger warning! Here are some videos and pictures of how cash is behaving after being groomed. Also you can clearly see where he has been cut on his private area. Not eating or drinking. Whimpering and shaking through out the day and night. He has been in a great amount of pain these past few days. Please be careful who grooms your dog. Every place is not equal when it comes to caring for animals or customers. He looks completely different and is not his usual happy self. I did speak to the owner and he apologized and asked what he can do but the damage is done. At this point we just pray our dog goes back to himself and feels better. Lesson learned! Do not take your cat to Pet Supplies Plus to have them groomed. I got my cat back with a bleeding toe, hair hanging all over the place. I had to take my cat to the vet for antibody testing. He was given a shot of antibiotics, had to buy special litter for him. He was in pain. The vet bill was over $238 dollars. I will never use Pet supplies again for grooming! The store closes too early at 8 PM.The grooming facilities are too small with not enough stafff for a very large, exotic dog like mine. I had a$4.00 off coupon for Fromm Tederollies dog treats and I was told the product is too new, so they didn't have it. It expires July 3, 2023. I had purchased 3 bags of Pet Fresh refrigerated Vital dog food in May. The sell by dates were in July. One bag grew fungus and when I told the cashier he said their return policy is 30 days with a receipt. I would think that if a product grew fungus that should be replaced free of charge if the sell by date was weeks away. I could have brought the bag in and showed him, but today was our garbage day, so I threw it out. read more

What stands apart for this store is their level of service. This location is always well-staffed with helpful, friendly teammates. I also previously used their auto-ship service for food (we only discontinued because we switched flavors), and it was such a good experience I discontinued auto-ship from the "C" online brand. It was same-day service directly from my local store PLUS they would call to advise they were on their way! I took my pup in today to use the self bathe area as she had been skunked a few weeks ago and it was resurfacing. I stopped at the groomers to ask some questions about pricing there and met the most wonderful, helpful, employee I have encountered in a long time. Went to get a rabies booster since I didn't need an appointment to go there. The line wasn't too long and everyone was very friendly and professional. My dog growled; he's not aggressive but complains a lot. They didn't skip a beat, just handed me a muzzle to put on him and switched to using his back leg. I thought I would try the self-service dog wash and admittedly my dog does not like baths. I've been to other facilities and they have nice deep tubs and attentive staff. I think my expectations were based on prior experiences at those places. If you have been to places like that before, please erase what you know. The tubs are just shallow stations like a groomer would use. They are not designed for self-service. Not a single staff person came over to show me how to use the set up. After several attempts with an unhappy and slightly wet dog, I decided to leave. It was inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. Certainly do not go without help or a sedated dog. read more
