The first was my pup's first hair cut so she did a little trim. His face was very square and we didn't love it but Jenny was sweet so we wanted to give her another chance. The second time my dog had a few haircuts in between so we knew what we liked- just a trim, keep him fluffy and his face has to be round. A nice puppy cut with extra floof left on him all over. After discussing this with Jenny, she said she was going to cut off 1/4 of an inch. When we saw our pup we were in shock. Almost all of his fluff was gone, his nose was shaved on top and his ears stuck out of his head. We truly were shocked. This was not what we wanted at all and will not be using this service in the future. I reached out by text before writing this review and did not get the nicest response back. Essentially we were told puppy hair is different then regular hair and they would try better next time. Unfortunately, my dog is only a puppy once and in the matter of an hour all his puppy fur was gone. I would not recommend this service and I'm sad to see my pup without his fur. We will always love him but wow this was not a good groom.

I had my doubts that they would be able to get everything done, even with him being on anxiety medication. They quoted me 3-4 hours. In about 2 and a half hours, I received a text that he was already done. They said he did great and Teddy was in hood spirits afterward. They offered a tour of the facilities which where very clean and organized. We made a preliminary grooming appointment before the boarding and my dogs were treated like royalty. They did a great job grooming them and keeping them comfortable while they were in their care. Their prices for grooming and boarding where very competitive.
