The first was my pup's first hair cut so she did a little trim. His face was very square and we didn't love it but Jenny was sweet so we wanted to give her another chance. The second time my dog had a few haircuts in between so we knew what we liked- just a trim, keep him fluffy and his face has to be round. A nice puppy cut with extra floof left on him all over. After discussing this with Jenny, she said she was going to cut off 1/4 of an inch. When we saw our pup we were in shock. Almost all of his fluff was gone, his nose was shaved on top and his ears stuck out of his head. We truly were shocked. This was not what we wanted at all and will not be using this service in the future. I reached out by text before writing this review and did not get the nicest response back. Essentially we were told puppy hair is different then regular hair and they would try better next time. Unfortunately, my dog is only a puppy once and in the matter of an hour all his puppy fur was gone. I would not recommend this service and I'm sad to see my pup without his fur. We will always love him but wow this was not a good groom.

They offered a tour of the facilities which where very clean and organized. We made a preliminary grooming appointment before the boarding and my dogs were treated like royalty. They did a great job grooming them and keeping them comfortable while they were in their care. Their prices for grooming and boarding where very competitive. The instructor tried to have other dogs stay in their own space but the owners/humans brought food or could not control their own dogs, so it made keeping my dog or others dogs at bay, difficult. The course and teaching of agility was VERY repetitive and boring, my poodle was over it and wanted something new, so did other dogs. I felt like the dogs needed a good exercise and run first and then maybe this course next. The course seemed mindless and quite dull for these dogs in her class. I was hoping for a more stimulating class for my poodle. I tried to set her up for a better class to keep her active but the times that are offered are HORRIBLE at this place and the classes are not stimulating or offer enough enrichment for my smart and active poodle.
