I felt at ease with their responses and how they were so accommodating to make sure he had a great first visit. The salon is clean and the staff are so friendly! I knew my dog was in good hands. The price was affordable when compared to what we normally paid at PetSmart but included much more! His package included a trim, nail grinding and brushing his teeth. They're always running specials too. Plus it was quick service! It took an hour when compared to the past we usually had to wait over 3-4 hours to get him back. The first was my pup's first hair cut so she did a little trim. His face was very square and we didn't love it but Jenny was sweet so we wanted to give her another chance. The second time my dog had a few haircuts in between so we knew what we liked- just a trim, keep him fluffy and his face has to be round. A nice puppy cut with extra floof left on him all over. After discussing this with Jenny, she said she was going to cut off 1/4 of an inch. When we saw our pup we were in shock. Almost all of his fluff was gone, his nose was shaved on top and his ears stuck out of his head. We truly were shocked. This was not what we wanted at all and will not be using this service in the future. I reached out by text before writing this review and did not get the nicest response back. Essentially we were told puppy hair is different then regular hair and they would try better next time. Unfortunately, my dog is only a puppy once and in the matter of an hour all his puppy fur was gone. I would not recommend this service and I'm sad to see my pup without his fur. We will always love him but wow this was not a good groom.

My baby was a senior so he came with his on set of health concerns and the staff attended to all his needs including his medication. I actually took my baby there to spend half a day, just to see how he did and give the staff a chance to see how he reacted to his environment away from home! They have special treats, like pizza night and bagel mornings along with summer swim if you desire. Check out all they have to offer! But the 2nd time, I had to wait until payday to order another bag, and there was plenty of time to get the food to me before I ran out. I ended up running out and had NOTHING to feed my dog for several days. I had to give him plain crackers and potatoes just to tie him over, and he was starving. Worst of all, I couldn't explain WHY I wasn't feeding him enough, and he thought he was being punished for something.
