They do get to know your dog because they are all animal lovers and they know their behaviors! It's so nice when we walk in and they're already greeting Chewy by name. He loves walking in here, he knows as soon as we turn into the parking lot and just pulls us right inside! It seems they always have fun working there and there's always a celebration, like a doggy birthday or pajama theme day or something. Fun staff for sure! Pricing - very affordable! They do half days and full days. The boarding at night is well priced as well.. and we know our Chewy will be able to run around and play during the day. Grooming - they do grooming, baths and nail trimming too! Cons Only thing i was concerned about in the beginning was not any staff present at night time when you board your dog overnight... but the staff reassured us there are alarms and systems in place where staff would be readily available if needed.
