Wow is what all my neighbors are saying. Fernando's crew are incredible. The work they did made our home look like we just got new windows. We had all windows, sliders done as well as all the blinds. Pedro and Einer were respectful and are hard working to make sure are view was clear. I am hard to please and this crew hit every mark in making sure we were 100% satisfied. I would rank them higher than 5 star! Thank you Fernando and team. You are the Best. I will have this same company and crew for our next maintenance. read more

What an amazing team they have at What a View Window Cleaning. They are all so professional and courteous. My windows are so clear that they look like they're not even there. Ray quoted me a price that was much lower than the other guy that came out and Ray's team did way more for the money. Well worth every dollar spent. Thanks!!! read more

What an absolute waste of money. Ray quoted me $100 to do my home which seemed fairly low. Boy was I correct, my windows are still filthy even though I paid extra for scraping. My windows are less than six months old and should have been left nothing but spotless. There are spots and smudges all over my windows, the tracks are filthy and he told me it was extra to wipe off the window after his cleaning fluid dripped all over it when he was done with the squeegee (I'm serious). He tried to tell me all of that was extra and a different package, after quickly looking at his written quote he realized he was wrong and still never wiped off the windows probably out of spite! To make things worse I'm disabled and can't go and clean up after him! Don't waste your time or money using this garbage service. Shame on you to walk away from a job having done so poorly! Enjoy your one star! read more

This place doesn't deserve a SINGLE star. I'll try to be concise and to the point. Girlfriend bought a groupon to clean windows for our tenant in a mulit-story condo. First appointment they said, "They couldn't find the place." That was after them being booked for over a month. My answer to that; GPS, Google maps, MapQuest, call ask for directions etc.....they are a business, how do they find any of their locations???? Waist of our tenant's time. Second appointment they say, "We don't know how to disassemble the windows to clean them." My question to that; why are you in the business of doing something you don't know how to do, why can't you get on a ladder, and why didn't you send someone who could since we described the windows in the first place. Third appointment. Owner comes out, breaks the window and hides it. Several weeks later the tenants find out the windows barely open, the spings are hanging out of window and it won't stay up. There is no way this person had no idea they broke the window. These are extremely expensive double sound proof windows because the condo is located across from a metrolink/amtrak station. I call and talk to them. The owner first tells me to call the manufacturer of the windows. Why??? You broke them. He says, "I'm too busy to look at them for a few weeks." I make an "appointment" to repair my windows he broke. Lo and behold..............he doesn't show. Called and left a message, no reply. End result, I will have to have someone else repair the window and take "What a View Window Cleaning" to small claims with our infinite amount of time to deal with this. However, I am gonna give them one more opportunity to repair the window first. Bottom line: NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE "WHAT A VIEW WINDOW CLEANING." Wanted to be sure and type their name so you know I am not making a mistake. If for some reason they rectify this situation very soon, I will write a review about it. At this point, they are not even bating zero. read more

I bought this companies groupon offer- What a mistake!! We had an appointment between 11am and 1pm, they show up at 8am with no advance notice. We go ahead and let them proceed. After about 5 minutes calls the lead guy to say that there was a rip in one of our screens. It was not there before and it was very apparent that he had just push the other screen he took off through this one. He lied and said he did not do it. After trying to discount the window cleaning and me saying, no I don't want a discount I want my screen repaired they did a poor job at rescreening it. I unfortunately did not learn my lesson and agreed to let them replace the rest of my screens, they quoted me a price and then after the lead guy talking to his boss raised the price. Then in the end they did not return all my screens. Some windows looked pretty good, but others were horrible. Buyer beware of this company. read more

Ray and his team were great! I hired them to clean my personal residence yesterday(the entire outside of the home and a few windows). The house looked liked moldy cheese before(yellow house with black dirt) but now it's just cheese! Yellow glistening cheese! I got quotes from other companies and even friends of friends but the best rate came from What a View Window Cleaning! Ray and his team will be at my office tomorrow cleaning our huge 2 story building inside and out! I know it will come out beautiful! Thanks guys for the great work and great deal! :) read more

From start to finish this company did an excellent job cleaning our residential windows. Scheduling was easy and we received a phone call on the day of our appointment telling us they were on their way. They were on time, we counted each window and they started working immediately. I appreciated that they took the same care as a homeowner would if they were cleaning their own windows. Before leaving, we asked them to walk the job with us and they did. When we noticed areas that needed to be touched up they took care of it, which we appreciated immensely. Honore and his staff were courteous and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone in our neighborhood. read more

"What a View" was a referral from a neighbor who was having Christmas Lights and decorations installed on her home across the street in mid-December. They offered their services for our 1950's-era LAX area house, and did a clean, professional job in a matter of minutes- including installing requested "old-fashioned" C9 light strings, splicing lines and installing a timer into a difficult to reach outside outlet. Ray and his crew were courteous and professional, and returned to remove our lights in a timely manner after the new year. I never had to touch a ladder or my own light strings, they brought all their own equipment, and the install was so tidy that my annual crooked-light OCD issues stayed quiet. I'd known nothing of the company until their referral, and never really considered having someone else do our lights, but I'm pleased to say that my experience is nothing like the other reviews here. Based on our great holiday experience, we may have to have to try their primary service and actually have our windows cleaned. read more

I have nothing but positive comments to make about this company. They came out right on time. The workers were very professional and courteous, They earned their money too because my unit is on the 4th floor and they did an excellent job. I asked what other services they do and I found out from the owner that they also do power washing. My good friend needed to clean up some driveways in front of his auto service business and he was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get out some deep set grease spots that have been there for years. I would recommend them every time. read more

GREAT CREW! GREAT WORK! I had another company cancel on me at the last minute. A business friend of mine suggested "What A View", I called and they had a crew at my place the same day. Along with their customer service, I must say that I was also impressed with their work! read more

I used What a View to clean my home. A 2 story home inside and out. It looked great! I called back a few months later to take care of a rental property. Met me there the next day. Also great work. They told me the estimate, made sure when they arrived that estimate was correct and just went straight to work. read more

Due to excessive rain earlier this year, my window are coated with dirty ugly water spots. Text couple of window cleaning services on Yelp. They can clean the next day with a reasonable price. Fernando & Joseph showed up on time. Got their equipments ready & went straight to work. they took off all the screens. Fernando spray down the outside of the windows & Joseph wipe down the inside of the windows including the screens & window seals. They spend 4.5 hrs cleaning the windows. After they're done, the windows are speckless. read more

I cannot comment directly on their cleaning services since the owner refused to honor my Living Social deal voucher so they may or may not provide acceptable services. What I would like to warn potential customers about is the rude and abrasive manner of the staff. My phone dealings with this company required a very thick skin. read more

This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a so called company. After six phone calls trying to schedule an appointment (no call backs) and 2 phone calls to the owner Ray. I finally had an appointment. Of course they never showed, never called, sent me a confirmation 3 hours after my so called appointment. Said they would show 2 days later and never did. I got a refund from Groupon. The owner Ray is clueless and won't to take responsibility for what is going wrong. Ray even Hung up on me when he had no answers to why I wasn't getting my windows cleaned. If you ever see any type of discount for this business....... RUN and don't even think about trying to to get your windows cleaned. Unless you thrive on frustration........ Where is the minus stars????????? read more

STAY AWAY!!!! This business is horrible!!! I purchased a Groupon for window cleaning which did not accurately explain how to count my windows so when they showed up after many attempts to schedule the appointment, they told me I had 20 windows instead of 15 that I purchased the Groupon for. I asked to speak with their boss (the owner of the company) to see what could be negotiated and he refused to talk to me and told the guys to walk off the job. I called back and asked him to please just clean the windows and i would pay the difference but he refused. I don't know how this company is still in business. I have never been treated to horrily by a business EVER! I took off work early to meet their timeframe after waiting several months just to get the appointment set and they walked off the job even though I was going to pay the difference. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It wasn't worth the savings from the Groupon to put up with the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. read more

Like everyone else here, I purchased a Living Social deal. I made an appointment a month in advance. I called 2 days ahead to confirm. there was a chance of rain so I wanted to know if they would still clean my windows if it was raining. They said they would. My time frame was 1:00-3:00pm. There was no rain and they did not show up. I called both phone numbers and left messages. I did not get a return call. Just a waste of time waiting for them and a waste of my time trying to get a refund from Living Social. I have not had very good luck with Groupon or Living Social when it comes to service companies that have to come to me. In the future I will not be purchasing any of the deals where I have to set up an appointment when someone has to come to me to provide a service. read more

I called Ray at What a View and am now looking out of my beautifully clean windows. I lucked out and they were able to come the same day I called them and they were very careful and conscientious (they even took their shoes off when going in and out of the house). I would highly recommend them. read more

Called Ray and he was here 2 days later with his crew. 5 star job and he and his crew were very clean and a joy to be around. This is the second time we have used Ray and will continue to do so. I was pleased to learn he also does rain gutters and solar panel cleaning as we have had a hard time finding someone to do those jobs. We are very pleased. read more

This business doesn't earn any stars but, I had to select at least one but, they don't deserve any stars. First problem was that when I called to schedule an appointment, they never called me back even though I left a message with their answering service. The next problem was that once we were able to finally schedule an appointment which they sent a written confirmation for 1:00PM, it is now 2:12PM and they still have neither called nor come to clean my windows.. This company is horrific at customer service and certainly does not keep their confirmed appointments so, you will end up waiting all day in your house for them and they still will never show up or call. DON'T use this company. WORST company I have ever dealt with. read more

We purchased a groupon deal for window cleaning and this company is what we got. What a horrid experience!!! For the love of God dont use this company! We had been waiting since December to get them out here. They told us that they were "restructuring" their business. BS!! We had to call back in Feb to set an appt. We did and they gave us an appt for Apr 27. Sent an email confirming our appt and he sent back that we were not on his schedule. I called him and he said they were bought out on Apr 1st and they no longer honor the groupon coupons. He said they can come out and we would have to pay regular prices. What a load of poop. He then hung up on me. What an honest gentleman. NOT! How can a business run like this. Bought out, right. More like change your name to hide your poor dishonest service. Sleep well and change your first name, theres no honor in that BS name. read more

Do not purchase a coupon for this company. My husband has been trying for over a month to schedule and appointment. He spoke with the owner two weeks ago, who said he could not do anything...the problem was with his staff at the call center. Really? When he finally was able to get an appt, it was for today at 1pm. At 2:30, my husband called the owner, who claimed he was in a meeting and couldn't handle my husband's concerns. We are now contacting Groupon to get a full refund for our money. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a groupon and scheduled but they never showed up and didn't call. When I called back they made no effort of right their wrong. Now. Months later, they still spam my phone with text messages advertising their service. They won't stop sending them or remove my name. I even called and the jerk who answered said he doesn't know how to stop the texts. BE AWARE! STAY AWAY!! read more

This was the greatest window washing service possible. They cleaned 35 Windows, inside and out, cleaned all screens and repaired 3 that were damaged. The windows hadn't been cleaned in years, so they detailed several windows that needed it and didn't charge any additional fee. They went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this service. If you need your windows cleaned, call Whataview!! read more

5 stars for this window cleaning service. On-time and reasonable. Don't shop anywhere except What A View Window Cleaning.

Ray and his team offer an incredible service. They are all very efficient, professional and friendly. They cleaned all of the windows in my 5k square foot home on very short notice and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them! read more

I first bought a Groupon for my own house 4 years ago and never used it. I decided to call after 2 years of my purchase and they honored it. I flip houses and have used many companies and so far Ray and his team are the only folks that I have used that know how to clean not only windows but screens as well. Awesome Job!!! I now use them for all my renovated houses and they are at my job site within a day of my call. Ray is great and is providing an incredible customer service to my business. I would highly recommend them especially if you are looking to build a relationship not only use them for one time deal. read more

Best cleaning service I have used, on time, and prepared with everything they needed. Quick and efficient highly recommend

I have used Ray and his staff for our window washings and Christmas lights for the last three years and have always been very pleased. The pricing is very fair and the quality of work is excellent. They have always arrived either right on time or a few minutes early for my appointments. I would highly recommend using their services. read more

Ray came out to my home today and I am so impressed. I initially called him on a Sunday, he actually picked up and we had a long chat about his business and how he was trying to improve his ratings on yelp. He had a bad experience with Groupon years ago and it really affected his ratings. He has made it his mission to improve his image here on social media. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of weeks out (because of my schedule not his) and he showed up on time and ready to roll. His price was fair and they worked hard. They even did a couple of extras for me like cleaning a high shelf while they were up on he big ladder! Best window cleaning experience I've had in years. Now he is getting back to me with a quote on housecleaning as I was so impressed. Way to go What a View! read more

What a view window cleaning came out today. Their team arrived as sheduled and did a fantastic job. They charged me $250 for my house which is a great price and I would higly recommend them. In addition the owner Ray is really nice and very ressourceful. read more

I have been meaning to write a review for this co. for a few months. I too bought a groupon and got a great deal; I thought for sure I would not have counted all my windows correctly and they would've found a way to count more (thus, charge me more), but it was the other way around. They cleaned windows I forgot about & didn't count -- the ones in my unattached garage, since I'd already paid for something like 40 windows to clean (and had 37 or something). Unlike the other reviewer, I had a pleasant experience and will use them again, with no problem paying full price. The owner of the biz happened to be with the crew and supervising, so maybe that was a bonus for me. He even came inside and chatted it up with me a little bit. His workers were nice and did a great job. No broken or missing screens. read more

Ray and his team were a little late but made up for it with good, clean, courteous service. Our windows are all shiny and clean - they even cleaned the screens and the tracks. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again the next time we want to get our windows cleaned. read more

Found Ray and crew very professional and easy to work with. Not only did the do a fantastic job on our windows in Fountain Valley but they also cleaned a bathtub that looks brand new as well as re-screened our slider. Fantastic job!! read more

Ray and staff are always extremely prompt and do an excellent job cleaning our windows. He and his staff are also very polite and accommodating to my busy schedule. They have been cleaning my windows for over a year and more than six times. We live near the ocean and the windows get covered in soot and salt and the building is three and 1/2 stories and they get the job done. read more

Ray and his team do a great job. Very thorough and professional. I recommend them highly.

Excellent work, very thorough! Not only did they do my windows but they did detailed construction clean up for me. The owner Honore is one of the hardest workers I've met. I would highly recommend! read more

I am blown away by all of the low scores for this company. One thing I see in common is they all appear to be Groupon deals. Maybe they were overwhelmed by the response of the ads and couldn't keep up? I have been using What A View for years and have had nothing but AWESOME RESULTS! I have never found a window cleaning company with the attention to detail as What A View. They clean the windows, screens, window sills and tracks every single time! If my screens start to look shabby, they rescreen. My windows and doors slide so nice after a cleaning. They clean all of my mirrored closets and bathroom mirrors as well. I cannot say enough about the detail! They are not just a window cleaning company, but window professionals. I strongly recommend What A View! read more

Wow - I can't believe these reviews because Ray and his crew are GREAT!!! I called Ray and he came out two days later - exactly when he said he would be here. Then he and his crew cleaned and cleaned and cleaned - went over some or my windows 3 and 4 times! I hadn't had my windows cleaned since they were installed over 10 years ago and could barely see outside. I am on a budget and thought of this as an extra I couldn't afford. Never again! He did my skylight for free, went back and cleaned a screen I thought wasn't clean enough with a smile and a "sure", then gave me some tips to help me keep my windows from coming out of their track since my house has settled. And did I mention that he gave me a small discount because I counted my windows wrong and he felt bad? I will DEFINITELY be calling Ray again and I will recommend him to all of my friends! Thank you, Ray, for letting me see clearly now that the grime is gone!! read more
