My favorite is the almond pretzel from here. I haven't gone recently, but I've noticed the increase in prices for one pretzel. Maybe because mine With me right on the spot, but the almonds had a hard time sticking to the pretzel so I had to scoop it up separately. My second go to is the cinnamon sugar. Overall the texture of the bread and pretzel was pretty fresh, nice, and chewy, but also crispy on the outside. It's just a recommendation to eat it within the next couple of hours or else it tends to go hard very quickly. read more

Wetzel's Pretzels makes fantastic pretzels! They're located inside Galleria at Sunset mall. Parking is ample. The fastest way to get there is to park near Rodizio Grill restaurant, the mall entrance leads to Kohl's, and you'll find Wetzel's Pretzels to the right, and there's a few table seating. Menu offers a nice selection of fresh pretzels for original, cinnamon, and almond crunch. They even have shareable snacks for cinnamon, almond crunch and pizza, as well as mini dogs and cheese dog bites. The soft baked pretzels are all freshly made and yummy! Jalaroni baked pretzel ($6.69) is actually quite good and tasty! It has a good amount of jalapeño and pepperoni toppings, and is very delicious with yellow mustard. There's additional dips like cheddar cheese, jalapeño cheese, pizza sauce, caramel, sweet glaze, and cinnamon. Lemonade (regular, $4.99) is also good! It has a lovely tart and sweetness that nicely complements with jalapeño and pepperoni pretzel. Another refreshing drink is strawberry lemonade and frozen boba lemonade. Been wanting to try the Chocolate churro bitz but when I saw their poster for Frozen Horchata with chocolate popping boba pearls, I couldn't resist!!!! Never heard of chocolate popping boba so it definitely peaked my interest even more and what better excuse than to get that and have the churro bitz to eat with it. It was a huge portion for both so I'm glad I was sharing it with my bf and it was just enough for me to get full. I would definitely recommend both items for sure, it's just very heavy so I wouldn't eat it on my own. The chocolate boba was interesting for sure and awesome to try. You can never go wrong with any pretzels here so the chocolate churro was a very good dessert. read more

Excellent customer service line moves very fast. Everything was extremely fresh! Was originally going to purchase a pretzel from auntie Anne's and after the terrible customer service and poor looking dried up pretzels, we left. My first time at this location but second experience with this company. My husband & I ordered a fresh strawberry lemonade and a pizza pretzel. The pretzel that was in the warming case had jalapeños on it, so I asked if I could get one without. The cashier informed me it would be a 7 min wait and I was okay with it. We cashed out and waited on the side. That was a big one for me cause there was no attitude when I asked for a fresh one! As we waited we could see the other girl rolling out pretzels and I noticed that the cashier never spoke to her nor was my pretzel being made. We weren't in any rush so we just waited patiently. After a few minutes the cashier walked up to us and gave us another lemonade and apologized since she forgot to tell the roller to make my pretzel. I was very thankful for that type of ownership and she already made up for the mistake. A few minutes later she brought over a bag with my pretzel in it and mentioned they put another one in there to yet AGAIN apologize for the mistake that was made. I'm bummed I didn't catch any of their names, but that young lady and team did a great job of remedying the situation. read more

I visited this Wetzels in the Prem Outlet 9/25. I noticed that there was a cleaning supply bottle hovering over the food area. When I asked the young man at the register if he thought he was a good idea to have it placed there, I was rudely interrupted by the young red head young man that wasn't even assisting me. His response was "it's just sanitizer, it's not harmful to consume." Really! They was another young man in the back that heard me and grabbed it because he seemed to be aware that it was indeed out of place. Either there needs to be some new training or some new job openings for someone who will do their job correctly and is concerned about the consumers well being and Experience. Make sure to check your bag before you leave. It's a bummer to drive all the way back just to get your order right. Tried calling ahead but they never answer their phone! When we got back we told them what had happened they didn't even apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Our son ordered the pretzel with pepperoni atop, I ordered the pretzel dog bites and my fiancée got a plain pretzel. This is a five star establishment. My son and I just stop by for a sample of their cinnamon bites they were passing out. I didn't want to get a full container as I'm trying to count calories. My son is only three and he could not eat the entire container by himself. The ladies were so kind. They gave my son a few more sample bites so he could have more and a sample size of the Slurpeeee!!!! They treated both of us with so much respect and kindness. My son was extremely happy to be able to have the Slurpee and a few bites. My husband and I thought we would try it. Bought a cinnamon and a plain pretzel with a drink and it came to $15. I thought that was high. Then we started eating them.
