PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE---ICE CREAM...YUM!! Got a taste for ice cream? Head to Baskin-Robins! This location is super welcoming and I was able to use my mobile app to purchase using a QR code. The smell inside here is really sweet and appetizing! The pumpkin cheesecake scoop on a sugar cone was perfect to kickstart the season on the last day of August. I also got a scoop of vanilla on a sugar cone, too. This store is located at Flamingo and Eastern. read more

One of the kiddos favorite ice cream spots to visit for obvious reasons. They're supposed to have 31 flavors but I actually counted 34 favors which is awesome. That's just a huge variety of ice creams. And with that many options, they're bound to find something that you love. As for me... you can never go wrong with the classic cookies and cream. Our server gave us the opportunity to sample other flavors that we were partially interested in as well.... Great customer service. read more

5 stars for customer service. Dorie was the best. I was calling all the BR stores near me looking for a specific cake. Most of the stores we called had some rude people answering their phones. When I called this location I was lucky enough to speak with Dorie who definitely represents the Brand and makes a customer want to come back. Companies need to appreciate employees that go above and beyond to keep customers happy. read more

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the amazing ladies at Baskin Robbins who have helped me not once, but twice with birthday cakes for both of my sons. Each time, they've gone above and beyond with exceptional customer service. They've been so professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It's not every day you come across a team that makes you feel so valued as a customer. Thank you so very much I truly appreciate all of your kindness and hard work! Deadpool-Sonic cake read more

This review is specifically for the cake decorator and the guy who I spoke to on the phone the night I placed my order. I ordered two birthday cakes on-line for my oldest daughter's birthday. I was having trouble placing my order and the guy told me to place the order as it only allows you to do so 24 hours in advance. They should be able to have it ready by 6:00 p.m. (I was calling at 7:45 p.m.). He reassured me by saying that I should call back if I had any further issues placing the order and if not, to call back the next day to confirm that my order went through. Good customer service skills. Although my order went through, I called back the next day to confirm the pickup time for the cakes. The girl who answered the phone happened to be the cake decorator and she told me she could have the cakes ready by 6:00 p.m. She then asked me if I wanted a different color for the balloon cakes since it was for a girl and I had ordered blue. I asked if she could do a green and she said she could. Yay. She explained that the on-line ordering system was limited although customers could call to customize their cakes. I'm glad she told me that. She was very personable and did a great job with both cakes. I'm just sorry I didn't catch either of their names. But the order was placed on 2/19 and picked up on 2/20. I'll post pictures of the cakes so management can give credit where credit is due. Thanks Baskin Robbins. You did not disappoint. read more

I really enjoy Baskin Robbins! I almost always get the Oreo Malt! The ice cream is tasty and served in a size that is filling. The simple syrup is in the correct proportion. There add milk to the ice cream shake which makes me very happy. The straw is a little wider for all the delicious enjoyment i can handle. The customer service is top notch with speedy customer turn over and a clean store front. There is seating inside and out for ice cream lovers in the one hundred plus temperatures and outside for the seventy degrees and ice cream is for me lovers. It's a good plaza in itself with ample parking. As well the staff has always been helpful when selecting ice cream and other desserts and the prices are spot on for the amazing treats they serve up. They also have take home ice cream cakes for parties! read more

As good as it gets when I walk in for DAQ ice and it is free! My free bday scoop expires this weekend, and I was overjoyed to see BR next to Fukumimi Ramen. Randal R. was shaking his head at my eagerness to do DAQ ice like others do the dew, but I walked in, found DAQ ice immediately and squealed! The associate asked me if I was ready and I excitedly affirmed and asked for DAQ ice on a cake cone. Randal R. says cake cones are for kids, but at least that means I don't feel my old age yet! I got my scoop, she scanned the barcode on my email coupon, and off we went! He said I moaned with each lick but that is between me and the Daquiri! read more

It's 110 degrees outside and what can be more perfect than ice cream?!? Pros - Wonderful ice cream, shakes, cakes, cookies and smoothies! Friendly and helpful staff members at this location as well. Lots of parking and it's right off Eastern near the airport. Cons - This ice cream shop is located in a half empty strip mall off of Eastern Avenue - and there's some sketchy folks in these parts. Another downer is that there's only a few small tables inside to eat at. Tip --- If you download their app on your phone - you will receive a free scoop of ice cream. read more

I should have got the gentleman's name who answered but just know he went above and beyond for me and it's much appreciated. I was looking for an Oreo cake with white cake layers. Sounds simple right? Nope. Went into two stores and they didn't have it. Called three others and they didn't have it either. Finally I called this location and the gentleman was kind enough to send me photos of the cakes so I could make a decision before I made the 40 minute drive. It was a cake for my mother's birthday and they were quick and efficient when getting the writing and final touches. Thank you very much! If i was able i wouldn't give any stars, very bad customer service with the person working weekends , African American person there. She is very rude. Have to ask for a lid and a bag for the ice cream. Gives dirty looks. This is the second time dealing with her!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The owner is so disgustingly rude. And for no absolute reason. I go to school nearby and we frequented this location before. We had never received such terrible service. She blatantly told us that she heard people who went to our school are rude so she was just disgusting and snappy with us. NEVER COMING BACK. I'd rather go to cold stone or marble slab. We literally did nothing hit walk in and look at flavors, we did not deserve that comment or discrimination!!! read more

If I could give the owner 0 stars I would, she was so disrespectful and her attitude was appalling I go in there at least once a week after school and she came after me saying that I'm not abiding by social distancing (I was by my self in the store) and got in my face and told me to wait in line. I WAS BY MY SELF IN THERE! MY MASK WAS ON I WAS BY MY SELF IN THERE AND SHES YELLING "6 FEET!" WHILE 6 INCHES AWAY FROM MY FACE! She then said "Starbucks is over there across the street" I hope someone teachers her manners, respect, and proper management. read more

DONT GO HERE. THE OWNER IS A BUTCH. Me and my friends go to Aveda institute and always come here for ive cream. We were standing in line when we noticed some more flavors by the door. The 5 of us were standing together looking at the flavors for maybe 10 seconds and she stormed over to us telling us to get in line already because we were "not social distancing" yet this girl was standing one foot away from me. I told her to back up and she needs to social distance from me and she went on to tell us that Aveda students are rude and if we want someone to eat to go to Starbucks. She wasn't even wearing a mask. . Please save yourself a headache and an extremely dumb experience. Cold stone here we come! We love you! To the mean lady, your a bitc h. On June 20, 202 I went to pick up an order of Picture birthday cake that I ordered on June 17, 2024 the person who served me is the manager of this location 3301 S Jones Blvd Las Vegas, NV and this other one 9765 West Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV, her name is Kara, she wants me to pay &10.00 more for a mistake they made on my cake, the photo was scratched on the side of the right cheek, I told her that I was not going to pay more because I had already paid for that job. She told me to come back in 1 hour to fix it but she gave me the photo that was all blurry and ugly. Kara is a person with a very rude attitude, She doesn't let you speak or explain anything, she tells you the problems that exist between her and other workers, which is not something that matters to me because they are internal problems that she and her employees must solve, not the clients. Kara should not be there either as a manager or as a worker because you have no professional ethics, much less customer service skills. If you don't like your job, look for another one, but don't take out your emotions & frustration on clients. Thanks to clients you have a job. read more

I never go out of my way to leave nasty negative reviews because I don't wanna be a "Karen" but I've had it with this location. I go to school nearby and I always love coming to get some ice cream on my break but hate coming because the girls are are so mean and rude, especially the small short Mexican chubby girl...she's the bully of them all. Every though all the girls at my school hate her I'm always nice to her and even when she's mean to me I never say anything back because I feel sorry for her and idk maybe she had a bad day? Not sure but today is June 2, it's supposed to be full capacity and no masks. We came inside to grab some ice cream (we had no masks) the girl told us we can put our shirts over over nose and mouth so we did. We waited in like for a good 10min for the small mexican girl to tell us she can't serve us so of course my friend got mad and I was upset knowing I only have 10min left on my break. All the customers started to defend us and even brought in a mask. Once we had our masks the short Mexican chubby girl was so rude and sarcastically says "IF U HAVE ANY QUESTIONS IM HERE" and I look at her in disbelief...I couldn't believe how rude she was. Every time I come in I expect her to always be rude to me...I'm use to it. I'll be graduating school soon, so I don't be coming back here for ice cream. Sucks that the people who work are are so miserable and then dealing with mean girls at my school just makes it worse. All I want is some ice cream and enjoy my break. I'm hoping this review doesn't get her fired or in trouble but I just thought this location should know what's going on here. read more
