They have a rather large selection of tasty chocolates to choose from. Lots of which I find enjoyable, but unfortunately, my number one favorite chocolate, they did not have in stock due to it being in high demand during the holiday season. I ended up settling for a couple of runner-up candies, like the lollipops that come in various flavors. I had vanilla, chocolate, and caramel. Sees candy remains a favor of mine, and this location provided the usual wonderful experience I've come to expect. My father and I were in town settling up my late brother to state and wanted to make a candy purchase before we left. We called the store and they gave us precise directions for finding them inside the large mall. See's Candies is a wonderful experience! You'll find this delightful chocolate store inside Galleria at Sunset mall, on the second floor near Victoria's Secret. Inside is a small but clean store filled with sweet treats and creative confections. They offer a nice variety of milk and dark chocolate with and without nuts, white chocolates, truffles, and specialty pieces, including limited-time seasonal sweets for spring, summer, fall, and winter. There's over 100 pieces of chocolates displayed in the store. You can create your own custom mix and build the ultimate box with all your favorites. Box size ranged between 1/2 lb to 5 lb. There's option to try a chocolate sample. The display case has four kinds of chocolate for specialty, dark, milk, and soft centered truffle. I asked if they had any coffee flavored chocolate and they do! The options were Café Au Lait Truffle, Café Hazelnut Truffle, Milk Mocha, and Kona Mocha. I end up loving Café Au Lait Truffle, this chocolate is my kind of amazing, it's less sweet, has great coffee flavor, and yummy! The coating is dark chocolate and inside has a light creamy rich coffee center. Pricing is $34.50 per pound. I opted for the custom mix and purchased two pieces of Café Au Lait Truffle ($2.59), two pieces of Summertime Hazelnut ($2.24) which has lovely hazelnut chocolate soft center and crunchy English walnuts. I also purchased a bag of Dark Chocolate Coffee Beans (6 oz, $14), it's so yummy! They use Peet's coffee beans coated in See's Candies' dark chocolate, it's a remarkable combination and has great appeal! Service from Joy and Amber is very kind, welcoming, attentive, personable, and accommodating. They are so patient with me, I was trying to decide which chocolate is less sweet and after a couple samples, I realized dark chocolate and hazelnut is my preferred go-to and with the dark chocolate coffee flavor, that made it even more exciting to purchase. Coco was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We didn't even realize the store was closing in just 10 minutes, but she never once made us feel rushed and still took the time to make our experience so enjoyable. I had never experienced the samples at See's before, and Coco was incredibly informative, patient, and happy to explain everything to us and even add some extras when we checked out. You can tell she truly cares about customers and creating a positive experience. Great customer service can be hard to find, and Coco completely went above and beyond. The employees always welcome you and they of course still treat you to a delicious sample. The shop sells all the wonderful classics I remember and some newer items that I haven't seen before. I'm here visiting Vegas and also seeing a sick family member Google Maps took me to this location. I wasn't greeted about four or five minutes after I was in the store we wasn't offered a piece of candy. less than friendly the older Caucasian lady. And they were out of most candies. They about 20 to 30 candies that they no longer had in stock. And then she still didn't help me. She told the young man in the back to come and help me so she refuse to service me basically. This was horrible and I am not satisfied with this location and they are out of the candy that I came to get. Zero customer service on this visit. read more

My grandma requested a box of chocolates and this is her go to spot so I drove down here before they closed up at six today. It was pretty empty when I walked in, two people ahead of me but they were finishing up. I grabbed some sugar free bars and a lollipop as well as the chocolate box. You get to pick out which flavors you want so I had a list of what I needed to add into it and then they weight it for the price. With just the four items I got it was about $45 dollars, I know it's pricey but if that's what grandma wants you don't argue with her! The younger girl that helped me was super polite, got my order for me quickly and rang me up right after. The only thing I noticed with this location is they don't give out free samples, I was a little bummed especially for how much money I just spent in there! How can you resist the temptation of delicious chocolate when you walk by? I know I can't. I always have to come grab a couple of pieces of chocolate when I'm at the mall. When we walked in, we were greeted kindly. There were two ladies ahead of us who were taking a very long time to choose what they wanted. They got to the checkout and decided they wanted more. This is all fine, but when you have a line of people wrapping around the store and the employee in the back is sitting there scrolling tick tik or whatever she was doing on her phone and not helping. That is not good customer service. We stood and waited over 15 min to be helped. I tried my best to hurry along because the people in line behind me kept growing. They had a new chocolate, the dark coffee scotchmallow. We were unable to sample it because they didn't have singles of it at the time, just the boxes of 6. I'm so glad I took a chance on this. It's got to be one of my ABSOLUTE favorites from here! It's the perfect blend of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, and marshmallow. It was so hard not eating the entire box after trying the first one. Please keep this flavor permanently! I also got a couple of other chocolates. I love See's chocolates. The product itself is fantastic, the interaction with the female night manager on Thursday evening was unbearable. If customer service is not your thing girl, then perhaps a more suitable position is out there somewhere for you! So I want to start by saying I love Sees candies. My brother and I came into this location this past Sunday afternoon, I had my two young daughters in their strollers, and we were in line waiting to make a few purchases, when an employee told us that we needed to move so she could use the back register to ring someone up. I had literally nowhere to move to so I said "I don't have anywhere to go........." and her response was a snarky "I know I'm sorry". So we just left. It was the rudest I've ever been treated at a See's establishment, it was not necessary for us to move out of the way, there was enough room at the corner of the register for the other customers to stand while paying. Sadly, I won't be coming back.....and I should add that I am not a light spender when I buy candy for occasions. Sees is just the best! I love how they always offer a sample and even sometimes two, when you come in. The chocolate is always consistent and I really enjoy the seasonal selections. At this location the employees are always so nice and friendly and are welcoming like family. It's right next to a Starbucks so the smell of chocolate and coffee feels like heaven. I love See's candy. I remember getting see's candy as a child with my grandparents. Now as a mother myself I take my kids to this see's location. Almost always we are able to get a free sample and usually a few extra samples in our bag. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. My advice would be to try and avoid the busier times though. To no fault of the staff, when it's busy in there you don't get samples in store nor extras in your purchase bag. That being said, when I'm in the mall I'll still stop by and get a bag of my beloved scotchmellows. Even if it's busy and I know my catches of get a free treat are very low. It's a small space, so again, when busy maybe come back later when it's less crowded. Overall based off the quality of both the customer service & products; I can't give this location anything less than 5 stars. The employees are always really kind & prompt without making you feel rushed. I've never had a treat I disliked. See's is truly the rare nostalgic candy that still tastes as good as it did when you were a kid. read more

My daughter and I stopped in to the NV1 See's in the Galleria Mall to get some chocolates for my mother and Jess H treated us like we were royalty! My daughter who is very shy couldn't stop smiling and even whispered to me "she is so nice to us mom"... as Jess H handed her a second round of delicious samples. Jess H explained what the most popular chocolates were, counted down the chocolates in our boxes for us and even offered to wrap them up special! Since we bought two boxes she said "do you want me to put an M on this one for mom?" I just looked at her like ...
