Three massive complaints…read more.. 1). Do not Salt and Pepper my food, let me decide. Did cole slaw as a side. Was over salty. 2) HAVE printed menus if you expect people to have their orders. You have the menu on the wall when you arrive but no damn printed menu is overly frustrating and awkward. 3). If you have the menu only on the wall at the arrival - HAVE THE FULL MENU. I saw on the website menu items not on your wall but was confused so what i wanted i passed on because it wasnt on the wall. BE CONSISTENT at least.

Came in for a weekday dinner, it was kinda so so overall experience…read more They weren't busy, there wasn't anyone tending the register... most likely staff was doing something elsewhere that might have needed attention but since no one was there to take our order we just grab menus & sat down. Eventually we saw someone walk by so we got up to go place our orders. Little Mule - the egg was cooked perfectly, really good & I was happy with this. I asked for the jalapeños on the side, but never got them & no one came around after our food arrived. Chili Cheese Tots - generous serving, but after a few minutes it just becomes mush. Fries - I can't remember what my friend got, it had maybe some garlic aioli with spicy sauce. Those were good, I'd choose the fries over tots. Bad Mutha Clucker - Friend said it was okay, not the best or a must have but average. Sliders - Great that these come on hawaiian rolls, hearty & filling according to my friend. It was a bit warm in there, the prices are decent, & overall the restaurant seems clean. It just lacks atmosphere, the place looks great but the vibe was just "meh". Maybe it's better when it's busy or on the weekends.

I never experience Portillo's until it came to arlington. I heard many good things and after trying…read morePortillo's multiple times I can see the hype is real. I really enjoyed the beef sandwich and I always get it baptize. I like to order extra dipping sauce with it so I can just drown it haha. My favorite are the hot dogs, which is what they are know for. I love the chicago style dogs and I love adding ketchup and mustard to my hot dogs. For the side I really enjoy getting a side of cheese and dipping my fries into it, thank me later. The onion rings are also worth a mention, they are well made, crispy and full of flavor. I also had their shakes before and they were pretty good. I once had their chocolate cake and it was very rich in flavor and not dry at all like other cakes. I always eat in the diner because I love how they have decorated the space. It reflects the history of the city of Arlington. It is a mix of car decor honoring the GM plant and part of the decor is also bowling, to honor the national bowling museum and headquarters located in arlington. I love how its so big and spacious. They also sell beer but I never purchase any but thats a cool concept. The staff keeps the place nice and clean, i love how they say your order number and make it rhyme with something. Example 'order #9 is time to dine"

Good burger. I should have checked my bag given the state of people's integrity in regards to doing…read moretheir job. I ordered a burger and fries got home had a handful of ketchup and exactly 3 individual fries. This is not the first time this location punted. It's getting old, really old. I imagine that across the Metroplex many orders are being jacked up as I type this, people who want to make more $ but slack at the gig. Let them inherit the wind. Yeah, I'm pissed.
