Werner's Pretzels was a great stop for a quick snack! The pretzels were fresh, warm, and perfectly…read morebaked with just the right amount of salt. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite. I'll definitely be coming back to try more flavors and dipping sauces!

This particular location or this particular day wasn't the best . It's a lot of teens that work at this location and there's a lot of playing around and unprofessional side conversations being had behind the counter, that makes it a little frustrating when you're trying to order. No sense of urgency or consideration for the customers who aren't interested in their what sounded like high school drama. I really do enjoy seeing teens out working making their own money, but I also feel that they have to grasp a better understanding that this is a job and not a hang out spot and that its some else's company that they are representing. I ordered the cheesy dog bites. Someone was in the back putting some together and told me it would be a 10-15 min wait. They were simply just ok, I feel they could have been cooked harder/longer, because some of them were doughy/ mushy and after eating a couple of them I realized that they tasted better when I ate each component separately. I Took the little weenies out , ate them and then the breading that surrounded them. I didn't really notice the cheese too much , but they were overall ok.

Auntie Anne's is by all means a mass market fast food pretzel. However, I've always been fond of…read morethem, so I could be writing this with somewhat of a bias. I typically get a plain one whenever I'm in an airport that has an active location. With mall culture as it were on the decline, the future of Auntie Anne's is certainly unclear. The Irving mall is no exception with regards to the inevitable and obvious end of the centralized brick and mortar era, with a rather herculean footprint and a clear problem with vacancy. Many AM business meetings will include some sort of sustenance, most typically bagels, donuts, or pastries. I find myself trying to change things up, and a box of Auntie Anne's pretzels are almost always a success. With most participants exclaiming, "Wow, It's been so long since I've had one of these!". While it's certainly a labor of love to fetch a box of them, I've had very good luck utilizing these twisted carbohydrate treats in motivating teams and winning over clients. While the Irving mall is approaching dereliction, I will come here from time to time just for a classic Auntie Anne's pretzel and maybe a highly caloric lemonade, or an entire box to accompany a Power Point.

It was very busy with only 2 workers. Given this mall does not have a food court. Workers did there…read morebest. They got some orders mixed up though. Pretzels were a little burnt but better than nothing because there wasn't anything else to eat. One thing that brought my attention was how the sausages were wrapped in a towel on the counter. To me that was a bit strange.
