    Pizza bitz! Yum!
    Frankie M.

Love this spot in Downtown Disney. Known for their hand-rolled, soft pretzels baked fresh in-store. Our favs include the classic salted bitz, and pepperoni cheese bitz! Crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside! It's the perfect balance between buttery and salted flavors! It's also a great snack to have while waiting to be seated at local restaurants and breweries in the Downtown Disney District! Service is quick and simple! And the staff are friendly and chatty! Definitely come check these guys out!

Great service with a smile! Super nice staff and delicious pretzel bites ! The food is always consistent and great.

Unfortunately our experience was awful Very rude customer service We were deciding what we wanted and the guy was rushing us, there was no one else in the store He was very rude we ordered and the cashier was even worse You definitely should do more training on customer service or hire people who actually enjoy there work Food was okay the experience made it bad I definitely won't be back to this location The small kiosk closed to Disneyland is much better

Whatever you do, make sure you get a salted pretzel, and ask if you can wait for it to be baked fresh. Will come out to be probably the best pretzel you will ever have in your life. If you are in the mood for something that is more greasy, you can get the pepperoni one with cheese, just make sure to have that one be made fresh too, or else you will be having a few trips to the old lavatory...

For being a super popular eating/ snack location in downtown disney, the line moves pretty quickly. The staff here is always visible making more yummy treats for fan goers to enjoy. The items are always fresh and hot for that same reason. Nothing every taste like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Which sometimes is what you get at other locations that might not have a high foot traffic. There is no seating inside the actual shop but since it is in down town Disney there is plenty of seating around the area. Most of the time that we have passed by there they are almost always passing out samples of their special treats or their lemonade.

Super slow service and unfresh pretzel. Also, the prices are so outrageously expensive that it's laughable. I got suckered into this place because I really wanted lemonade, and man, did I pay for it. Can't understand why they didn't have fresh pretzels. Ours tasted like it has been sitting there since the morning. At their sky high prices the least they could do is throw away old stale and cold pretzels...or better yet...donate them to a charity or something!

Great place to get a snack while walking around downtown Disney. The pretzels are always fresh and delicious. Crazy busy on weekends. Great customer service Delicious pretzels.

Decided to get the Holiday apron promotion. which is ( Get a free apron with $40 purchase )! I got food. But, you can get merchandise too. ( mugs, tumblers, stickers, socks , Fanny pack and more ...) Busy location in Downtown Disney. It's great for a quick bite though. Lines moves quickly. So many employees for a small space. I like the mini bites because it comes in a cup and it's easier to eat! I like to eat nearby and people watch!

The pretzels are so good, always so busy here but well worth the wait! Highly recommend coming by, the cheese dogs are real good. Yummy pretzels. Staff greeted us kindly and energetically. Fast service and good value. I will definitely come here again.

My only problem is that the food is more expensive than if you're going to any location that's not on Disney property. But I can't help myself and enjoy this delicious food! Tiny store and long lines but line moves quick enough. Not much to say about the ambiance, I'm just there for Wetzel's Pretzels products!

Pizza pretzel, lemonade. 16.50. It was really good!
    Bobbie R.

I rarely get pretzels because they are always hard and nearly inedible, not the case here. Just wanted a little snack and drink, this stop hit the spot. Hubby and I shared a pizza pretzel and a lemonade. Both were very good. Pretzel was crunchy on the outside, hot and soft inside, cooked just right. They had French's and Gulden's mustard. Cashier was nice. Quick service. Minus 1 star because it was 16.50 for 1 pretzel and 1 lemonade. A bit pricey but, I know the mouse needs his cut. Will eat here again.

Perfect snack for walking around or if its a wait for your dining reservation! This last time we were here, we were starving and needed something to tie us over until our late lunch reservation and this is the perfect portion! This Wetzel's Pretzels is located in Downtown Disney area of the Disneyland Resort. Its offers fresh, hand made pretzels, pretzel bits, wrapped pretzel dogs, lemonade, dipping cheese and sodas. You can watch them make it! Pepperoni bits/pretzel - great snack for when you want something savory! You can either get it in a pretzel shape or cut up bite size pieces/bits. Dunk these in jalapeño cheese! Original Pretzel - soft, doughy, chewy goodness! Love these! I like Wetzel's better than the Mickey ones inside the park as they are usually softer and fresher. Dunk these in jalapeño cheese too! Fresh Lemonade - this always hits the spot on warm summer days! Jalepeno Cheese dip - the portion is small but love the flavor and texture. It's always consistently good. I feel the portion should be 1.5 size, but 2 is too much for 1 pretzel. Oh, these 1st world problems! Located in the central area of DTD, next to Salt & Straw and across from the Grand Californian Hotel and The Disney Dress Shop. Super convenient! Prices are steep for these convenient snacks. Parking is not as convenient to get here, but people are here because they are within the Disneyland resort. Service is sometimes a bit slow. Recommended

Kiwi strawberry frozen drink is a must try !!

We came here with our group our friend and got to feast upon some dogs and wursts. One of the interesting features that have is that they carry exotic proteins such as alligators, rabbit, or rattlesnake in their links; but if you're more of a vanilla eater, than you're probably opt for the beef, pork or chicken flavored. Either way, make sure you pair it with any of their 10+ beers on tap and you'll for sure enjoy every moment of that bite. I ordered their cheddar bratwurst topped with pickled jalapenos and carmelized onions in a pretzel bun. The wurst was kind of the dry side but beer always helps. I do think sometimes that they over cook it which drys out all the delicious fat out of the links but I am here for drinks and a good time. Great spot to hang out for any type of gathering.

Right in front was a homeless person such as myself who hadn't eaten and was hungry, politely asking if any of the soon-to-be-trashed food could possibly go to them instead. Two employees, Aiden and Hilary, both came over separately and repeated the exact same robotic line: "Sorry, it's against company policy to give food to the homeless." Against company policy to hand someone food you're literally about to throw away?! Are Aiden and Hilary even human, or did corporate just program them to say that? I will eventually watch them scrape tray after tray of hot, wrapped, perfectly edible food straight into the trash while Aiden and Hilary will stand there shrugging like starving people were just an inconvenience. Massive amounts of food wasted on purpose because two employees decided "policy" matters more than basic decency. This place is a moral dumpster fire. The last time I came to Wetzel's Pretzels, we bought two pretzels and after paying, they told us they were completely out of mustard. The employee made it sound like this wasn't unusual and that they had been out for a while. Pretty disappointing. Fast forward about two weeks later, I decided to give them another shot because I was craving pretzels and, honestly, I usually love Wetzel's. This time, I specifically asked if they had mustard BEFORE ordering. The employee pointed to the container holding the packets, and I could clearly see at least 10-12 packets sitting there. So I order my pretzel, pay, and ask for mustard. The employee hands me... three packets. Now hold up. Three packets? That might cover like half a pretzel for me. Like I said, I'm mustard obsessed. I politely asked for a few more packets, and they told me they had to save the remaining mustard for other customers for the rest of the day. So apparently there's a serious mustard shortage happening at this location. At this point, I gave them a second chance and somehow left even more disappointed than the first time. If you're a fellow mustard lover, just be warned. Looks like Auntie Anne's might be getting my pretzel business at the Outlets at Orange from now on.
