It's a decent walk away from any of the parking lots/structures available. There's no seating inside, but there are some planters with seating available outside. The quality is consistent with the rest of the chain, but the prices may be a little bit higher than in other locations. The service is decent and the line moves quickly. For being a super popular eating/ snack location in downtown disney, the line moves pretty quickly. The staff here is always visible making more yummy treats for fan goers to enjoy. The items are always fresh and hot for that same reason. Nothing every taste like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Which sometimes is what you get at other locations that might not have a high foot traffic. There is no seating inside the actual shop but since it is in down town Disney there is plenty of seating around the area. Bad customer service. Went in on 8/16/22 in the mid-afternoon. Ordered a "Combo # 3" as listed on their sign. The cashier grabbed the pretzel bites only and asked if I wanted anything else. I responded "doesn't the drink and dip come with the combo?" and was told I still have to order everything individually. Why make the customer tell you what's on the signage at your own store? The cashier was not friendly about any of this either. Very deadpan and borderline rude. To top it off, I ordered unsalted pretzel bites and received very salted ones instead. Have been to multiple wetzel pretzel location and this was the first time I felt pretty disappointed in the quality of the dog bites. The service was pretty typical. You get greeted and then you order your food. After ordering the dog bites I was old that they would be fresh out of the oven in ten minutes. So I decided to wait for them to come out since they didn't have any readily available. During this time I walked around to the other stores. When ten minute hit I came back and they had it ready for me. I was very pleased that they had my order ready. But when I opened the bag I was very sad at how it looked. The dough was not crispy and there was still water in the cup. I asked if this was normal and they said it was. Good employees are hard to find, friendly employees are even harder! Waiting in line and seeing the 4 bakers talking & joking amongst themselves with no greeting or smile made the 10 minute wait to get through the line that much longer. The young lady at the cash register was very nice. There needs to be a meeting regarding working with a smile and some positive attitude adjustments at this location especially with the amount of customers waiting in line. Stopped for a drink last night after Disney, we walk in to no greeting but a "WE'RE ONLY SELLINGS DRINKS NO FOOD" like okay, that's fine. I tell her that's what we are getting. Wetzel's pretzels is located in downtown Disney. For those staying at the Grand California It's right across security checkpoint to get into downtown Disney.... Really convenient location. I've never had Wetzel's before my most recent trip to Disneyland and originally stopped in because I was on a 9 out of 10 on the hunger scale and getting really hangry. There was a very short line both times that I went and service was very quick. My favorite item on the menu is the wetzel dog, which is basically a hot dog and a spiral pretzel bun. It's a really good go-to if you've waited too long to eat and are in a pinch. In terms of pricing, I think the pretzels are okay but the drinks are obnoxious... But you also have to take into consideration that this is located within downtown Disney and everything else is similarly priced. read more

Good news for us (yay!) Sadly, I don't have any photos to share, because I scarf down my pretzels so fast and think about a picture after it is too late! lol 2. Great location. You can grab a pretzel on your way into the park or even on your way out. What I like to do, is grab a pretzel at the end of the day/evening and enjoy my pretzel while I ride the tram to the parking lot. Perfection! I find it hard to walk and eat Wetzels Pretzels so the tram makes it easy. 3. Free samples. Not all Wetzels Pretzels offer free samples at the door. I like that this location is on it! They had samples of the lemonade flavors last time I was there, and it was so refreshing that I ordered a cup of it! Also I had not tried the cinnamon Pretzel bites until it came as a sample and now it is a must when I go. People love free stuff and it helps you to try out different menu items. read more

Specifically the workers behavior, They seemed very annoyed with us because we accidentally spilled a lemonade, I had to direct customers around the spill as some of the employees chatted in the kitchen. Stopped in to grab a quick snack after I did some Christmas shopping. They did not have the Pizza Jalapeño pretzel available and I didn't want to wait 10 min. The chick at the register was a bit rude when I asked her how much it was to validate since I was a dumb dumb and forgot to validate at the Disney Store. She told me the minimum was $20. When I told her I just spent a ton of money at the Disney Store ( you could see by the big ass bags I had) she didn't even bat an eye. The reason I bring this up is after I ate my Pizza Pretzel, I walked over to the Disney Store and without showing my receipt the nice cashier validated my parking. If she had just an ounce of decency she could have glanced at my receipt and validated. Its safe to assume that they have the same system, because I have gotten my parking validated at Sprinkles, Tortilla Joes, and several other establishments with no issues.
