Good communication and clear expectations are important to me, and Fergus was good on both. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations and was as high as we hoped for. Construction projects always need adjustment on our end and on the contractor's part, and Fergus worked with us to get decisions made, costs projected, and progress steady. The folks that Fergus put on our job did good work, were helpful, upbeat, friendly, and reliable. Everyone's commitment to making things right was high.
