Todd came to my house and spent a good chunk of time with my in my 3' crawlspace, highlighting issues he saw, telling me what they meant to him, and identifying ways to mitigate those concerns. You can tell he cares because my crawlspace is absolutely horrifying: wet, musty, tons of spiders. You can tell he knows his stuff because he was more than happy to share his thoughts and then give non-technical explanations. He also provided advice with regards to system maintenance. He also provided a magnet to remind me when to get my next pump and recommended that camp tanks should be pumped in Spring.
