I was called by the manager today, June 1, 2026. They will refund their inspection fee if I modify my review. They also referred me to another plumbing company. They are too busy to send a technician. They said the technician called but he wasn't able to reach my number. However, the manager had no trouble calling me? I was a Director of Operations before I retired. This is what is known as Damage Control! To the Manager: If Josh called me, even at a wrong number, the call would appear in his telephone call log, date and time. If there is no record of the call, he may be a dishonest employee. I don't relish your and HR's job concerning Josh.

We discussed what I wanted done today, gave me a quote and got right to work. I decided to have the immediate leak fixed but we talked about what he would like to do to update the antique plumbing attached to a very old double cellar sink and fixtures. He updated the washing machine plumbing and he said he would send me an estimate for the rest of the work which I would love to have updated. I loved what he did and what he would like to see updated. He was done quicker than I expected and I said I would let him know about the further updating of demo of sink etc. He was wonderful and he made me feel like he really cared about what I was dealing with health wise with the old plumbing. He's a great guy and I will call him when I am ready to finish the entire job but for today I love what we did and his work! I was super pleased!!!
