I ordered four tacos in total: two al pastor tacos, one lengua, and one cabeza taco. You start by ordering on the left side of the stall, pay for your food, and work your way right where all the garnishes and sauces are. Of the tacos I tried, my favorite was by far the cabeza. The meat was fatty and rich and melt-in-your-mouth tender. I would definitely recommend a squeeze of lime and raw diced onions to help cut the richness for a more balanced bite. With the al pastor, Brothers Cousins has a bunch of meat already sliced and diced up on the grill top, which unfortunately means unless you're getting the pieces of meat that are directly contacting the grill, you're not going to get the crispy bits that make al pastor so delicious. You do get a piece of pineapple with the al pastor, so that's a nice touch. Not my al pastor, but far from the worst. Overall, I cannot recommend Brothers Cousins enough if you're in this area -- the tacos here are seriously delicious and you're getting insane value. I hope they're able to maintain the $2 price point well into the future.

Arts is a food cart located near LAX, directly across the street from the Target warehouse. While they clearly feature Pastrami, their menu mostly skews towards Mexican street food which was fine by me! We pulled up after 8pm and parked across the street in the Target parking lot because there isn't any parking on the street the cart sits on. Now the pastrami sandwich is $30 - so you need to be committed. It is served on a roll vs sandwich bread like rye so if you are looking for the traditional style, this ain't it. That being said, this sandwich more than holds its own. Generous quantities of pastrami and the roll fresh and soft. We also ordered a chili cheese dog, churros and a couple of aqua frescas. Service was really good and we got our order in under 15 minutes. I would definitely keep this spot on rotation when I need my pastrami fix but I would also want to try some of the more traditional Mexican dishes that are on the menu

The second time we came here was almost 1130pm right before their midnight closing. This time, the parking lot was emptier so we managed to park inside. I got the carne asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and a mulitas. My favorite was definitely the mulitas because I love cheese! They are known for their carne asada, but I actually preferred their al pastor because it was so juicy.
