Tyler gave us a quote for the work that was well within our budget, and scheduled a date to return. He completed the work in much less time than we expected....2 hours to replace the pressure control valve with two meters (inbound & outbound) that will make future adjustments easy. He also replaced the valve for the water heater and added a valve for the furnace humidifier water supply. And, he replaced the hot & cold supply valves for our washing machine, which were the originals from when the house was built over 50 years ago. With Covid etc, we couldn't get a new valve. Ok, then how about replacing the heater? No, can't get another one! Then Rex showed up! He thought we might have a leak somewhere. He checked every faucet and valve in our house. Then he thought about crawling under the house to see if there was a leak. By now it was dark and cold! Sure enough the leak was under the house!
