Got a call from my wife who was home at the time telling me he knocked twice and took off. I called him and asked him to go back and that my wife was simply trying to make herself decent before answering. He did go back and looked at it and was very condescending answering the questions my wife had. I called him and asked what was going on. He gave very unclear and condescending answers, even going as far as making a backhanded comment about my front door when describing the location of something he was talking about. Gave me a price of 4500 dollars to install a new hot water tank. Unhappy with his price and attitude I called a different company to take a look and they explained everything very clearly and gave me a solution thats going to cost less than half of Tom's quoted price. Will not be calling him ever again. Save your money and time and do the same.

Since he was already there, I asked him to look at a bathroom sink where the stopper wouldn't release, and he replaced it. Unfortunately, I was charged $530 for a visit that lasted only about 30 minutes total. The bathroom sink was already taken apart, and because I was traveling the next morning, I felt I had little choice but to approve the repair. I raised concerns via phone about the charge immediately after the work was completed, but no one followed up. I have also requested a detailed, itemized invoice multiple times over the past two weeks and have received no response. While I was pleased with the technician, the excessive charge and the company's lack of transparency and follow-up were extremely disappointing.
