First off I have been ordering pizza for the day they opened, but this will be my last. I ordered a pizza at 3:55pm for a 4:30 pick up. I got there just before 4:30. I gave them my name and they said it would be 4 more minutes. No problem, I waited about another 10 minutes and another employee told me that they had made my pizza wrong and it would be another 10 minutes and that they would give me the wrong pizza for free. As I was waiting the first time there was a young girl working there who was on her phone while making pizza for about 15 minutes. No wonder my order was wrong and how is that sanitary while handling food. A younger couple walked in and the male must have known someone there. He walked behind the counter and started grabbing and touching things. Aren't employees supposed to wash their hands prior to touching things. At 4:50 my order was finally reading the young man gave me both pizzas and I gave the wrong one back and stated that it would not be eaten. He did not offer any other discount and I 99.9% sure he gave the wrong pizza to the couple that walked behind the counter. Never been a huge fan of them but I guess I will have to drive a little further to IPC read more

This place just opened down the street. We could have used another sit down joint in this end of town, but just isn't going to happen. Domino's is right across the street. My wife picked up a pie on the way home from church. She ordered a medium chicken garlic pizza for $20, one of their signature pizzas. Very big price for a thin crust pizza. There are a bunch of better deals that you can get once they give you the advertisement. The taste was good, but the crust was limp, even though it had good color on the bottom. I had to recut all the detents they left when they sliced the pie. I shouldn't need to work before I eat. There are a lot of good specials like two large with two ingredients for $20. Needless to say, if we go back, it won't be for a "favorite". I still like Papa Murphy's, but too hot to turn the oven on. Good luck to you! read more

This place has good pizza, but crappy crappy service. Last time we ordered pizza they messed up the order. This time we ordered online, it withdrew the money and gave a delivery time. One hour later I find out it was cancelled because of some power outage. I asked them to take my order over phone and five minutes later he said he couldn't because the computer was down. He couldn't take my order but was happy to have me make another order that wouldn't go through. Wonderful. And no comp for making us wait an extra hour plus to get food. Two thumbs down. read more

They have some of the best pizza that I have had in awhile!! Shared a few slices of "Death by Pizza" with our neighbor and he was like "WHERE did you get that?" But my personal favorite is their pepperoni. They always put a generous amount of pepperoni and it is cooked to perfection! I love their crust, too. Excellent! Homemade dough cooked to perfection with a nice crisp. Crisp pepperoni. Ingredients are nicely balanced so you don't feel like you're getting a mouthful of dough or cheese with no toppings (I'm a foodie if you can't tell). nice customer service and they were very fast! I called a large pizza in with breadsticks and it was ready in probably 10-12min. Cheap too! 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up! And amazing breadsticks! read more

I have no idea why these people are saying dominos is a better pizza. What a joke, dominos is what you get out of the freezer section. Westside is a great pizza place compared to what we have here in town. My husband and I love their bbq chicken pizza! We also have tried the vegetarian, and the chicken bacon ranch. All of them are so good! We tried ordering some of the grand sizes but they didn't have any dough ready so the guy working not sure if he was the owner gave us a discount for them. Service like that is what will keep us coming back. I am just about to make an order and see some new pizza have been added to the menu, excited to try them out! Pizza was pretty good. First time having west side was the other day. Crust was nice and bubbly all the way through and the cheese to topping ratio was on point. Didn't feel extraordinary in the ingredient category but definitely better than any of the big dawg pizza chains. read more

Service was not good. Asked for a half pepperoni have Mediterranean. Employe e said no cuz the pizza have different sauces. I said can't you just do half and half with sauce. No they couldnt. Next got two pieces Mediterranean and the rest of the pizza was pepperon. I guess they don't know what half is. Overpriced and taste was no good either. Was looking forward to Westside Pizza opening, but was disappointed. Ordered a medium thin crust vegetarian and was very disappointed. The crust was very thick for a thin crust and didn't hold up when you picked it up. The pizza had no flavor/spices, only cheese used was mozzarella which by itself is bland. After first bite, I added my own garlic, oregano to try to help the taste to no avail. Domino's is cheaper, has more flavor and across the street. Needless to say we will go back to Domino's or make homemade pizza. read more

I called and they handled it amazingly.... they let us keep the wrong order and got us the correct order as quick as they possibly could. First off, the online ordering was down. Tried on several browsers and different devices. All came up with a white screen where the menu should be. It is working this morning (too late). So, my wife went in person to see if we could use the coupon (that states online only) to try this pizza restaurant for the first time. The owner snapped that he would allow ONLY ONCE! He said this several times. Not nice at all. He is too stupid to know what marketing is about. Trying to get new customers but then not understanding that the website was not working and being put out allowing the use of a coupon. He should be grateful and be positive about new customers trying this brand for the first time. Now for the pizza - pretty awful. Think frozen pizza with a flat dense crust. Really bad. In fact I am sure any frozen pizza would be better. With a rude owner, not good pizza, we certainly won't ever make that mistake again. For a medium sized two topping pizza, we still paid over $20 (with 25% discount). There are many better options. Idaho pizza is by far better. Dominos or Pizza Hut is even far better. Don't waste your time or money! I certainly can't understand any review stating it was good pizza. read more

We love West Side Pizza! It is, hands down, the best pizza you will find in south Nampa. We've tried most flavors of the wings and they are all great! The service is exceptional. Well I probably would've gave it 3 star the first time going do to a little mess up in the order but I figured it happens so I'll try it again a couple days later. Well I was coming back from way out in the desert and it was almost closing time and the manager said he'll have it ready for me when I get there (10-15 minutes ) after they closed anyway I couldn't thank him enough and told him about my first experience and he couldn't apologize enough. Basically it's a brand new store with brand new employees that they're trying to get trained not to mention nobody want to work anymore so finding help that shows up is a blessing. I have gone back about another 1// dozen times and everyone has been very kind and courteous. Pizzas been great calzones are awesome. Sometimes you have to look at the big picture and brand spanking new employees trying their best without counting each olive on each slice to make sure it's spread out evenly. Put yourself in their shoes and try working there a month then Google reviews would be different. The big plus is they recognize service members and give military discount which I can't thank them enough. My personal opinion is 10x better than dominions and Pizza Hut. read more

Westside provides a quick meal right here in the neighborhood. Since it opened, business has really picked up. Many neighbors have tried it. At first, I just cashed in on the coupon in their mailer for two pieces of their lunch pizza. They had three popular combinations ready made to hand out. I had my choice of pepperoni, ham/pineapple, or sausage. I chose sausage. The crust was tasty, rather medium-thin, and the overall pizza had good flavor. I went back a week later and bought a medium sausage-mushroom. One of my friends commented that her pizza's crust was "too thick." Guess you need to judge for yourself! read more

Ok so first off the people who make this pizza do not know how to prepare a pizza. It's pizza! How hard is it to mess up. The toppings on this pizza were not evenly distributed at all. I got a slice that was pure olives. Now let's focus on the dough. The dough was so soggy it was basically raw. I've had frozen pizzas less soggy than this. Also, the dough tasted sweet. I'm not going out of my way and spending 15 dollars to have a pizza that should be savory but instead is pure sweetness. Just because pizzas a pie it doesn't have to be sweet like a breakfast pastry. And to add to my disappointment, the crust was trying to be crispy but instead was just a mess that crumbled with every bite. There wasn't even enough sauce. I thought I was ordering pizza but no, instead I was ordering cheese sticks. I have never had this much disappointment in a pizza place in my entire life. I would rather eat a frozen lunchable pizza instead of this joke, this absolute monstrosity that shouldn't even be considered pizza. If I was stranded on an island with nothing to eat except this pizza I would starve to death. I will never recommend this to a friend or ever eat here again. read more
