The burrata was dream worthy and perfectly seasoned. Everything complimented each other. My wife got the cheese pizza and it's probably the best pizza we have ever had. The sauce was refreshing and the cheese creamy. There was some sort of crumb or topping that gave it a little extra crunch that we liked a lot. I got the surf and turf. It was as tasty as it was beautiful. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was a gracious size. They gave me three lobster dumplings that were a gracious size. When I checked in, I immediately was greeted by Jace who was beyond welcoming in person as he was on the phone. He guided us to our table and made us all feel welcome. We then were presented with our hardworking and endearing Server Kat who was so patient with all of us, was proactive in setting up plates for our Birthday cake (we had brought with us - as we were granted with permission by the restaurant). Although they only take takeout orders in-person, I've never waited more than about ten minutes for my order to be ready, and staff typically seat me at the bar and serve me water while I do. The roni, and every other pizza that I've tried, are fresh and flavorful with large portions. The tiramisu is incredible and something I dream about at times. For those who want to dine in, Bar Rosa is very cute and intimate on the inside, a perfect date night spot or place to take a visiting friend to.
