We were very pleased to find Westside and we custom order our new CamAm side-by-side. The staff at Westside Motorsports are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering advice on what product would fit our needs best. The customer service is top notch - their staff genuinely care about each customer and make sure that everyone leaves as satisfied as possible. The best part was having our new machine delivered to us in North Idaho to save us the logistics of picking it up ourselves. Overall, Westside Motorsports is an excellent choice for anyone looking for any kind of motorsport service or product. Their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through in everything they do - from helping you choose the right product to maintain your machine to offering competitive prices. Best dealership in town.

My bike pictured at the dealership with other bikes

I bought a dirt bike from Westside Motorsports, and I am crazy excited. It's getting delivered next week. The whole process started with just one phone call. I left a message, and it wasn't long until I heard back from Jesse. I wanted a dual sport. So at first I was very insistent on getting the KLX300 dual sport because it was already street legal and ready to go. It turned out though that the wait was going to be very long for next year's models to arrive, and this year's models were sold probably last year. The demand for these bikes is insane! They had plenty of new 450 off roads, I think it was the KX450f and other brands as well. I just particularly wanted a Kawasaki. I told Jesse that the 450 sounded good except that it isn't a street legal bike. My neighbor rides and told me that I wanted it to be street legal if I wanted to ride in the mountains on dirt roads or on any roads to avoid legal problems. My neighbor also said that once I got used to the 300, I would sure wish I had more power. So I told Jesse what my neighbor and I were talking about, and he had an idea to make the KX450f street legal for me with a kit. Also, I couldn't afford a brand new KX450f, but Jesse helped me find a bike that is only 1 year old on trade in at a price I could pay. Some of the parts for the street legal kit came right away. Others took some time. Remember that in a covid environment, shipments can be delayed. But Jesse stuck with me through the whole process and helped me get the bike of my dreams. I am so excited, but promise to take it easy until I get used to it. Cheers! Ask for my friend Jesse; he's a patient dude, very cool, and it was a pleasure doing business with him at Westside Motorsports. I look forward to the bike being delivered next Wednesday. The best, Tiffany

Griffin from Westwide is fantastic! He greeted us right away, was super knowledgeable about the inventory they had on the property, and answered all our questions - and we had a ton as this was our first ATV purchase! He made the process so easy from start to finish. Thanks for the great service! We would highly recommend Westside Motorsports.

I was looking for a place to take my Yamaha Yzf R3 regularly so they get to know the bike. They straighten my front stay mount. The one welded to the frame. Also removed a broken stud on the motor. Fairings are all straight with new screws. No wait time because I didn't need any parts and brought it fairings stripped. I got it back in 5 days 320$. Richard is the guy to talk to. They put a ton of work in for a amazing price Thanks and I'll be bringing it back. Great work1

Update is that after they lost my bike for three weeks, the new manager paid my $286 bill. He is trying to turn things around.

From our first step onto the dealership we were met with a welcoming smile and a firm handshake from our sales rep Griffin.

They are family owned and operated and have a great inventory. Their prices and reviews between Kelly Blue Book and Cargurus matched up with my research and expectations, and yet they were still willing to negotiate. The staff were welcoming, inviting, courteous and attentive; they were everything you'd expect from a family owned dealership. They met and exceeded my expectations for what was a dreaded interaction with a car dealership. But here's where the roadblock hit. They place an anti theft device on every vehicle. I was casually told it was to track their inventory between their lots in Coeur d Alene and Spokane. I was told not to worry about the cost ($399) because it was "folded" into the price of the car. But when I made it to the finance office, and agreed to a price, there were doc fees and taxes, which I understood, but there was also the $399 add on, which I did not request. I logically debated with the finance director, who only had two months under his belt in that position, so I think we were both trying to understand the situation. The finance director said the charge had to happen, and after 3.5 hours of sitting around, I was over it and signed the paperwork. When I got home and read thru the two stacks of stapled paperwork, I found one line that crushed my experience. "Purchasing the Ikon car technology is not a requirement for the purchase of the vehicle." Talk about insult to injury. Not to mention the lack of transparency from a family owned and operated company that I felt comfortable and secure with. Asking them for a refund was not an option. They shut me down. I still don't understand. Also, the sales person I met with was let go that day. And they still wouldn't own up to the miscommunication. I believe you will get a good car from them. They service them and invest money to prepare them. But just know, legally, you don't have to pay for what you don't ask for. And if they make you pay, walk away.

I took it to bayley's and, after giving the me the requisite headache about it not looking brand *ing new (every motorcycle mechanic does it. If your parts are not brand new they will b*** and blame you. It happens, but then you don't ride to please them, do you?) he took the job, which is a relief, because half of the reason it looks poor is because of other motorcycle mechanics. Anyway, guy gets the bike done in the scheduled timeframe but then tries to weasel out of taking responsibility for it running correctly. Says "put real gas- no ethanol in it." So I do. Runs just like new! Problem: there is only ONE station within 100 miles which sells ethanol-free gas. A motorcycle has about 100 miles in a tank. So I had to fill it up at a gas station which sells regular 91. It now runs exactly the same as when I brought it to him. I got ONE tank out of it, because if you are chained to a 50 mile radius (100mi /2) of that station which sells specialty fuel its NOT FIXED. Mechanic blames "bad gas." One tank of standard 91, from a high volume station, as the manual calls for, doesn't destroy correctly done work. Brad is friendly and timely to be sure, but, really, if a guy's work only runs on specialty gas, then its NOT DONE CORRECTLY Caveat emptor

I looked for a place that could fix and reassemble the Honda. I found Bayley's Repair and checked recommendations on Yelp. I am so glad that I brought the motorcycle to him. It was a great choice. I brought all the bits and pieces to Brad Bayley. He was not upset that it was disassembled. I gave him a description of the problem as well as a short list of other things to do like change the oil. I told him that I wasn't in a rush. Brad called about a week or so later and said it was ready. The bike ran like it was new even though it had 146K on it. All the repairs were done. Brad showed me the coolant hose and location where the leak occurred. The explanation and answers to a few other questions were concise and clear. Brad has a small shop that is mostly filled with motorcycles. It was exceptionally neat and well organized. The bill was quite reasonable. I remain pleased and highly recommend Bayley's Repair.
