My husband and I purchased a Polaris ATV and was very happy with the service and help from the employees that we worked with. Kyle was the salesperson we worked with. I feel we got a good deal when compared to other shops we visited. Kyle seemed knowledgeable about the machine and comparisons to other models. He was attentive without being overbearing. They allowed us to purchase and keep the machine for a week so we could return with a "hauling device" and pick it up which was very helpful. This is your standard Honda dealership. We went to get some o-rings and oil for a new to us scooter. The parts guys were helpful and friendly. We also meandered around the showroom and while the staff made a point to check in with us, they weren't overbearing. Maybe they figured out we weren't buying. Either way, not a bad stop. read more

I purchased a Shoei helmet at Spokane Powersports, from Chris. I proceeded to go on a ride for a few days and was absolutely miserable because after wearing the helmet for about 30 to 40 minutes, I was in excruciating pain. The helmet was pushing on nerves on the right side of my head. The most miserable ride I've ever been on because of that and had lasting effects from wearing this helmet. When I returned home, I got it cleaned up, in pristine condition, brought it back and explained what happened. Chris had zero empathy for what I had been through on that trip because of this helmet. Chris said he replaced the padding. Not sure if he really did or not because it feels exactly the same and is a terrible pressure on the right side of my head after 30 minutes. It's unbearable. Chris said there's absolutely nothing they can or will do and he provided me with a phone number for Shoei, that was not even a working number. I contacted my Visa card company to see if they could help, they tried. Chris and the owner proceeded to tell my credit card company lies about the condition of my helmet and lies about what actually happened and previous conversations. My credit card company was told that it was in poor condition and was covered in bugs. This helmet looked brand new when I brought it back to him. I even put the stickers back on it. I contacted the manager, Micheal, who is no help I have asked to speak with the owner and every time I call she seems to be "out of town" and they didn't know when she would ever be back. But then was told by the gal that answered the phone that she was back for only one day but then she left again and they don't know when she'll be back. So, I am out almost $900 for something I can never use. They do not stand behind their products, they do not treat their customers well and they are not in your corner. I'm not sure how a place this even stays in business. I contacted the helmet manufacturer a few weeks ago. They contacted me and said they were going to send me a different size padding and I never received that and they will not get back to me. I have purchased other things from Spokane Powersports in the past, including my very first street bike. I regret giving them any business, ever! Spokane Powersports, if you're reading this, please know that I will do every review that I possibly can so that you lose business and I will be telling all of my biker friends not to do business with you any longer. Ever get that feeling that you don't belong or feel unwelcome? Well this is the place! The OEM products they sell are fine, but they think they are gold plated. The prices are double or triple then anywhere else. I like to support local, but come on! It's hard to when your literally getting ripped off! I was a loyal customer for 13 years!!! This past fall a huge misunderstanding occurred. The tech told the new manager I cussed him out to his face using the f bomb in the parking lot. lol. Yeah that never happened. I would never cus out an employee. I s/w the new manager, Brandon, the next day when I went back to p/u my jetski and he apologized and agreed it was a huge misunderstanding and that he hopes I continue to be a customer and give them another shot. In fact he said it three times. Well this spring I called about summarizing my ski and Brandon is not there anymore, this is regular seasonal thing with this business. New service mgr every year which is not a good sign. Anyways, I asked to speak to the general manager, Scott, and was advised by him my business was no longer welcomed there because my ski is to old. lol. 13 years and suddenly it's to old? It has always been winterized/summarized by ps and never needed repairs. This is about an employee lying about what occurred and not the age of my ski. Before they moved into their new fancy building on Francis, the business was on Division and I always received stellar customer service but since they moved to the new building you don't get greeted when you arrive, the price increases every year and this fall it went up $80!!! I was told they can't help you unhook your ski due to liability yet it was always done for me at the old building and people who just started working there rudely telling me that's how it's always been lol. I find it interesting the staff can drive an expensive motorcycle or side by side into the building but you can't help an older customer unhitch a trailer? This place has changed for the worse. If you enjoy being treated like garbage, accused of lying and up-charged on your services then go for it. I will be buying my new jet ski at a more professional place of business that appreciates long term customers, strives on stellar customer service, and doesn't treat older customers like they are stupid. read more

Bought two new yamaha waverunners from Spokane Powersports. The first one they had in stock, no problem. The second one we wanted was on order. While waiting for the second one I contacted them to see if they would be interested in my Honda Goldwing for a partial trade in. They called me after a few weeks and said yes and they quoted me a minimum price they would give me if I would bring it in. I brought it in and "Kyle" offered me $2000.00 less than I was originally quoted. I took the bike down the street a little ways and they sold it a few weeks later for more than "Kyle" originally offered me. The bike was in great shape and it sold easily on consignment. I bought the other wave runner when it came in but told "Kyle" I would never do business with him again. I don't like being lied too, and even the salesman was very surprised at "Kyle's" dishonesty. read more

I'm in Spokane Valley and it was past time (pandemic procrastination) for a major tuneup on my Bergman 400. Years ago, a closer shop used to work with all brands, but they don't seem interested anymore. Issues with places closer to me meant I took it up to these folks, the official Suzuki dealer. Got a quote for tuneup, new tires, and replacement pads. Seemed reasonable. The shop worked with me to schedule a time so I'd have it in and out quickly. They did the work in the allotted time and let me know. It's now riding very well. There was one minor problem, with brakes not engaging at same place on levers. I brought it back in and they also worked quickly on it then. I'm very pleased with both the work and the service attention I received. read more

What a terrible sales team. I filled out an online quote request for a motorcycle as the website shows msrp for almost all their equipment. I'm looking for a small street bike that will be easy to teach my teens to ride. I know what I want. They happen to have it. M Tadlock responded with "Did you ha e any questions that I could help to answer on this bike?". I responded asking for a price (2nd request for price quote) or if they are only selling at full msrp. M Tadlock in his brilliance responded that he could send me a current price quote if I wanted. Now I admit that at this point I lost my patience with this as I have asked clearly 2x for a price on a motorcycle they currently have in their dealership. So my response was toned rather negatively. I informed him I asked 2x already and was it necessary for me to ask a 3rd time. I have not received any response from him. They are not the only place to buy a motorcycle and if this is indicative of their service level, when an interested buyer who knows what he wants requests a price you can't answer the simple question within 3 requests then they probably aren't the right choice. And after seeing the other online reviews this seems to be on par with their history. Not worth it. read more

I pre-ordered new tires to be mounted on my motorcycle. They quoted me almost $350 for the install alone, with the tires ordered separately from the parts dept. Parts quoted me about $130 for the front and $200 for the rear tire, then billed my card over $500. When I complained they shrugged it off as 'hey, the prices went up" and refused to cancel the sale. Before using them, folks should know that there is now a class action consumer protection lawsuit against them by GuerillaLaw, a firm specializing in consumer protection agency. In the meantime I went to another store and they took care of putting new tires on my bike for $580 which included $350 for the new tires. Do not recommend Spokane Powersports to anyone, not if you want to be dealt with honestly. read more

I've bought 3 motorcycles from 3 different dealers around town. This place was, by far, the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and most competently staffed place to deal with. My salesman, Allen, knew exactly what he was talking about without skipping a beat and fit me with a motorcycle that is perfect for me. Their service department was booked out a while (because they're good) so plan ahead for your service the best you can. My son (18 years old) got great tips from them about changing the exhaust on his bike and was able to do it himself. Need a bike, go there if for nothing else than great and knowledgeable advice. read more

I go here often for parts on my old cr. bikes going on 26 years old and they still carry most parts for it! there was one time though that they ordered the part and came to realize that it was discontinued. the parts manager quickly got on the horn looked across the country for the part at all the honda dealerships and was actually able to find a brand new one on ebay for the same price! got it to me in a week. i will always go to these guys! read more

Called ahead of time to get quote to install Tubliss tires. I had all the supplies. $40 per tire. When I got there they said it would be 1 hour labor per tire for a total of something close to $290. That's insane for tire install labor. They blamed me for not telling them it was for a dirt bike? What? As I told them, it's their industry. How am I supposed to know it's different between a dirt bike and road bike. I think they should be asking to clarify. They offered nothing to make the issue better. As I packed up to leave I told them I wouldn't be coming back. The one guy, who was the manager for the day, told me, "That's fine." Wow. I guess it will be just "fine" then to inform everybody of issues with their service department. I would have kept buying parts there as it's a different department and those guys are great. On our way from Shoreline, Washington to Billings, Montana on Saturday August 27th, when the starter motor went out on the Washington Idaho border I called this dealer and asked if we could have AAA bring my Goldwing to them. I realized that ordering part or parts was probably going to be necessary so leaving the bike and making our way home was a real possibility. The service department employee I talked to on the phone refused to discuss the matter further when he found out the bike was over 7 years old. He became rude and refused to discuss options or anything else. When I asked what he thought I should do he stated that he didn't care, and that no dealer would touch a Goldwing over 7 years old. Absolutely rotten experience. I then called the Honda dealer in Coeur d'Alene. Excellent. See my review of that Honda dealer. read more

Although they don't work on machines older than 10 years old, (like most oem dealers) they still take the time to help me look for parts and give me great info at the parts counter. I've seen some negative reviews on Google and other sites, but those people clearly have rubbed them the wrong way. I've always been treated well there. I dont' shop anywhere else. read more

WHAT A DIS-HONORABLE BUSINESS. BEWARE. Took my 04 Polaris quad in for repair, I told them it was running rough and it sounded like the exaust had a leak. The repair guy without looking had me sign a carb rebuild approval. The bill was around $900. After I got home I had troubles off the bat. It would run 5-10 min then die. A neighbors son was up and he was a Polaris mechanic from Alaska. He took it apart and showed me the dirty carb that had not been touched ..still dirty not one fingerprint. as he removed the carb he saw a big rip on the rubber intake manifold 3/4 of way around the whole thing. The fuel lines from the tank were hooked up wrong and that was why when I got home it kept dying .The exaust was never fixed the doughnut was gone. This was not oversight stuff this was a knowing rip-off of a customer. If you have had recent repairs there look close at what was done--you too were probably had. I guarantee this was not a one time deal I suspect this is how they do business. I swear to god Find another " neighbor kid " to fix your atv and stay far far away from this den of thieves read more

My family all rides Honda bikes and we rode in to schedule service for my 750 which is 10 years old. The informed me that they don't work on bikes that old, even if they sold them and not even a prayer if bought elsewhere even if they are a Honda Dealer. We asked if there was another dealer who would work on the bike and his reply was, "You might try one of the other Honda Dealers," and would not specify or direct us. We all got back on the bikes and headed east on Francis and found a very helpful, new independent shop who did a GREAT job with the service and charged significantly less for shop hours. They call themselves a Honda Dealer and won't service them! read more

Was restoring a 74 tc185. Needed a few parts and wasn't in a rush. The parts guys were great in locating the parts. They informed me that it would take about 7 days to get them. I stopped back in about a week and a half later and picked up the parts. Their pricing on oil is very fair. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I walked in here, showed them the oil filter i needed and told them what machine it was going to and they still managed to sell me the wrong oil filter, causing my bike to seize because no oil got to the top end. when i confronted them about it, after i had another shop replace my top end, they accused me of being a liar and saying they didn't sell this part even though i had the receipt as proof. i talked to the owner( the rudest of them all) and he said they had never even stocked that filter. after talking to many small business motorcycle shops in spokane, they all said they would reimburse me if they had made such an drastic mistake. i had a receipt of $600 that cost me to fix my top end and the wrong filter. they still wouldn't do anything. even one of the employees here stepped in and said ya its obviously the wrong filter. as I was backing out of the parking lot, the owner stopped me and in his hand he had the exact same filter they sold me. he said they did stock it but mistakes happen and he wasn't going to apologize. case is, if you care about your product and getting proper parts don't go here. read more
