I bought a 2023 Husqvarna FE350S from Empire a few months ago. It is my first bike in a few years…read moreafter getting away from street bikes so I wanted a nice versatile street/dirt bike. Anyhow, I elected to add a few extra bits on it since it was the middle of December when I bought it and wouldn't be able to ride it for a while anyways. Amy, Joe, and Tony in service were very accommodative and Kevin in sales was a very pleasant individual and I feel got me the perfect bike for my needs. The owner, Kristin personally delivered the bike to me along with another large order for some gear I ordered which I feel she went over and above on. The gear (Husqvarna pants, jackets, etc.) completely exceeded my expectations in quality, and I rarely say something like that nowadays. They have since added some more upgrades to the bike and fixed a minor issue for me that occurred. Some of the 1-star reviews I see were from a few years ago and I believe this is a whole new owner(s), service team and salespeople. Give them a shot if looking for new or used bike and gear is top notch for the brands they rep. 5-Stars! The way service used to be! Thanks gang!

They are always friendly, honest about shop time and prices, and I have never, EVER had anything they've worked on go sideways later on.
