The whole team was incredible. We had all levels of divers from Discovery scuba, working on open water certification, and myself, an already certified diver who last dive was some mumbley years ago. Our instructors and divemasters were fantastic. Francesca and Brian are an incredible team. They made everybody feel comfortable with every level of diving that they were at. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, easygoing, and were even able to put up with our family dynamics, as they are. We were all laughing for a good part of the day. That I find incredibly important--giggling and trading stories, being comfortable with the people you're diving with. Once the dive started, they both were 100% professional, easygoing, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping all of us make memories that will last a lifetime. Even our boat skipper was fantastic. Quick ride out. Incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the diving, but told us about local places we could go, things that we need to make sure that we see. Was incredibly helpful getting in and out of the water. Skipper gets five stars as well. Folks, I can't recommend this place enough. If you're going to go scuba diving, snorkeling--beginner or advanced--this is the place to go. Geo aka James Bond.

Mahalo to all the deckhands, bus driver and band members for making the experience so enjoyable! Unfortunately, our experience with the bartender, Satomi, was very different. She came across as extremely unfriendly and dismissive, her attitude changed noticeably after she realized we were not Japanese. We were treated quite coldly and felt unwelcome, which was disappointing and honestly put a damper on an otherwise great experience. I tried to ask her directly what her problem was, but she repeatedly denied that anything was wrong and burying the facts. So I brought the issue up with her manager Shannon and hopefully their management can take this feedback seriously and look into the situation. The rest of the crew did a fantastic job, and it would be a shame for one person's behavior to overshadow an otherwise great experience.

Ensuring everyone had a great time, they also gave information on safety so that we can enjoy the adventurous activities without any hiccups I know how to swim but I chose to use the floating vests to preserve some energy because it does take a lot of physicality from you - pro tip: BRING WATER (with liquid IV if you like it) they provide snacks, tea/water, two clean restrooms and a fresh water shower on the front deck to rinse off the salt water which is nice bonus The best activity is the slide - DO NOT PASS ON IT you just might regret it The jump from the second level is also great !!! Definitely not for the fearful lol The kayaks and paddle boards are tied to the boat so you don't get lost in sea You see a bunch of fish while snorkeling and can also see the bottom of the reef, didn't see a turtle but it's all good - it was still a great first time experience Seriously, just SO MUCH FUN ~ 10/10 would recommend !
