Westside Dental takes Fidelis Medicare and is convenient to reach. At first I liked it because so many nationalities were represented. But the waits are too long - today it was 1 1/2h. (The receptionist told me the computers had crashed yesterday.)I had to go in 3 times for a mouthguard impression because the first two were not good. My filling got loose after only one year, and the dentist made "a big hole" for the replacement. That tooth is now painful on pressure. An assistant took my panoramic xray, but lost it. Some kid's scan got saved to my name instead. The office worker assured me that it was mine because it had my name on it. No, I do not still have my baby teeth. After 30min, I was told I could have another taken (more radiation), then by another worker: last year's was fine to bring to the endodontists.
The dental profession is not easy; they have a high suicide rate. But this office has too many trainees and too few professionals. If you go there, be sure to ask for
Dr Arora DDS. He is the only there who knows dentistry, in my experience. read more
