They promptly x-rayed him, found the offending tooth which was causing agony, and swiftly and painlessly pulled it. It was stitched up and has proceeded to heal quickly. They have him scheduled for a comprehensive follow up. They noted that the x-rays sent from another practice, were blurry and re-did the x-rays. They did not charge for the new x-ray though I would have happily paid. The whole procedure was $450.00. In addition to providing high-quality emergency care, they treated him kindly with respect, dignity and pain-free. When I asked for clarification, it was made unnecessarily difficult to understand why insurance wasn't being applied as expected. Instead of clear answers, I was met with attitude. Next time returning for the crown from Syr., waiting and told the crown hasn't arrived. Days later it comes in. Then the crown falls out, had to go back Dr.J puts it back on. Then the crown falls out again and he learns that they sold the business. The new doctor charges him $200 and tells him that the tooth needs an implant. Also, informs him many patients have crowns falling out. What a scam! Like a hit and run! Whatever it takes, just make the $$ and retire!

They told of be fine and to rinse several times a day with mouth wash. By the 6th day I couldn't see put of my right eye my cheek was so swollen. I ended up having to go to Rome hospital's ER. They lanced my GUM! And gave me sulpha antibiotics because they thought the dentist gave me MRSA!!! the staff is rude and act entitled. Like they're God's gift to dentistry.
