Next time returning for the crown from Syr., waiting and told the crown hasn't arrived. Days later it comes in. Then the crown falls out, had to go back Dr.J puts it back on. Then the crown falls out again and he learns that they sold the business. The new doctor charges him $200 and tells him that the tooth needs an implant. Also, informs him many patients have crowns falling out. What a scam! Like a hit and run! Whatever it takes, just make the $$ and retire!

They said ok. I waited about an hour before being seen for the X-rays, then was asked to wait to get my cleaning done for another thirty minutes only to be told I needed a "special deep cleaning" (to be rescheduled) and was denied getting a regular. I get cleanings every six months- my teeth are not gross and have very good oral hygiene. I later learned that they have "forced" patients to get extra things done if they know insurance will cover. A coworker had been told she needed crown replacements and when a second opinion was given, she was told she didn't. "He said she said" but staff also could have been less aggressive.
