Recently, disaster. Recalls had service departments flooded, and therefore months out for just a service. I just hit the phone book working my way outwards from my location. When I called Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities, I got a completely different response. "Yes, we can get you in for service!" They essentially have a specific workforce set aside for regularly scheduled maintenance, which allowed me to get into this small scale dealership with only one lift that can handle my rig the next day. On top of that Tyler Richter did everything he could to help me out. He even worked very hard for me to get a warranty issue fixed at their location. In my opinion Mercedes failed to fulfill their coverage promises on a mileage technicality when the failure happened well before the allotted mileage and was documented at another location. Instead of leaving me with a broken item or paying out of pocket, MB of Tri-Cities took care of me. Learn my lesson and get warranty issues fixed before the warranty runs out, they can't do that for everyone! It wasn't a particularly expensive fix for a Mercedes, but in my opinion what's a small loss in the name of potential lifetime brand loyalty? Put simply, MB of Tri-Cities was there for me when I needed them. They treated me like a local who would come back over and over again, and they saved me $ when it wasn't anywhere near their responsibility. Not impressed and feel like Mercedes-Benz dealership has been a scam. I came in originally because I knew one of my air struts was going out or had a leak on the left side, which I expected was the front left. After doing a water spray test on all 4 sides, they said 1 out of the 4 had a leak (back right), which was the OEM model, and the other ones were aftermarket, which were doing "good," says the service department. $1,400 also discovered a leak from my power steering reservoir, another $2-300 part online (I could see where the problem was wasn't an issue, decided I could do that myself). I approved the one air strut fix also. While fixing that, they discovered another problem which was over $5,000 fix (power steering rack and pinion $6-800 part OEM, by the way, not counting labor). When I came to pick up my vehicle after the diagnostic, I noticed scratch marks on my vehicle and parts of my protective trim missing from my windows, guessing power washed too close or hand washed too hard, and when I discussed this, they told me someone would be in touch. I never received a phone call. I waited originally to see if I could put that part in myself but didn't have the time working 6 days a week, decided to let them go ahead with proceeding. After 4 days, I didn't hear anything back about the part coming in, so I gave a phone call in, and it seems like they haven't even ordered the part after 4-5 days, so I drop my vehicle off to get the repair and also ask about the damage on my vehicle and proceed to tell me that sometimes those things can happen with the protective trim parts but with no resolution to what they could do to make anything right. Now I got my vehicle back. A day later, I noticed my car running a little off but didn't think much of it because it's just been fixed, right ? Haven't been driving it around town much, just here and there to work, and then I notice it's getting worse and get out my car to find my car still leaning hard on the left side. I bring it back in less than a week being out of the service shop and find that the front left air strut is leaking, which is what I originally thought it would be, so they send me out another quote of over $ 5,500 to fix the remaining three so the issue doesn't happen again. Overall, I have not been getting what I thought would be top-line service taking it into the Mercedes dealership compared to other shops around town. I don't recommend anyone taking their vehicle into this dealership based on my experience now. After further review, I didn't have to replace my whole back right strut; it's a separate component and only needed to replace the bag. The only time you have to replace the bag and strut is when it's in the front of the vehicle. Real scam artists that are used to taking people's money. Don't ever take your vehicle into the Mercedes dealership in Tri-Cities, Washington, and still, after a month, no resolution to the damages that were done to my car. As a customer, it seems to me like they don't really care.

I initially took my car to WRAR for an oil change and check-up. I was impressed by the team's friendliness and efficiency and the waiting area's cleanliness. They texted me a full status report of the condition of my car, prioritizing items needing repair by color and with estimated pricing. We agreed on what to do that day and what to save for another time. My car was ready for pick up around the time they'd originally estimated. Given the great communication with WRAR and the reasonable pricing, I chose to have them complete a major repair. They did a great job, finished within the parameters they'd originally set despite the record-breaking heat and followed up a week later to see how everything was working. West Richland Auto Repair is now my go-to for all things car. Questions about where I should take my car for a windshield repair? I called them for a recommendation. Same with a trailer hitch installation. Super helpful!

You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.

I waited until 30 minutes before they closed and went in to pick it up. I do not think they even started detailing my car until I got there. They did an okay job but I had to wait past closing to get my car back done. I'm pretty disappointed. They literally had my car for 5 and a half hours. I didn't even get carpet shampooed.

We bought a 2018 Ford Escape from McCurley Chevrolet in March. A week later, the car started having shifting issues. It was struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears and was making a sound under the hood. We brought it back and explained the issues. They told us McCurley Mazda did the initial inspections and to bring it there, so we did. We ended up having to leave it there because no one could tell us what was wrong. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so we called and they said they still didn't know anything, but thought it was the timing chain. We didn't hear anything again for another week, so we called and were told no one there knew what was going on and they were taking it to McCurley Ford. It stayed another 2 weeks there with no updates, except to randomly call us one day to let us know the guy working on it would be absent that day. About a week later, they called and said it was done. They replaced the timing chain. We picked it up, brought it home, and it was good for another week. Now it is doing the SAME thing again that we initially brought it in for -- jerking, struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears, and there is a ticking sound under the hood. On top of that, the driver's side door is struggling to open and close. They kept the car through the entire warranty period, but since this is the same issue we originally brought it in for, we should not have any financial obligations for repairs. I submitted a contact form and after not hearing anything back for a week, I called. I was assured it would be escalated and someone would call me back. Here we are another week later and we still have not heard from anyone. To say we are livid is an understatement. We paid almost $14,000 for a car that has given us nothing but problems, with symptoms pointing directly to transmission issues. I believe our car was purposely kept through the warranty period and that they knew it was a transmission issue. As I said before, we should not be obligated to take on the financial burden of repairing this car since we initially brought it in during the warranty period and the same problem is still persisting. Honestly, I almost want my $3,000 down payment back so I can go elsewhere. I wanted to give these dealerships the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a negative review, but it seems our problem does not matter. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle.

The service manger Dan Gonzales implied it was some other place's fault (really!?!?). They also said that I needed a new battery during the service. I had an 80 month battery that was installed one year ago. I stupidly told them to go ahead with it. The new battery cost $500! They didn't give me the old battery back until I asked them for it. I had it tested and is fine! Also, due to the way I was treated I will NEVER be doing business with them again. Buyer beware!
