We brought the car in at specified time. They said it would take a couple of hours. We left and came back after two and half hours. Car was sitting exactly where we left it. Nothing was done. Lady at the front desk said we could not get to it. We only have one tech here. 3 techs at the location when we dropped it off. They were quick but not rushed! (Not in that big of a hurry!) They DID NOT try to upsell me on anything. But did make me aware of scheduled maintenance suggestions for my vehicle- with a printed out copy. The price for full synthetic oil wasn't that much cheaper than the dealership- but I didn't have to burn a few hours! They also have full service mechanics onsite in an adjacent building (didn't use- but good to know) I'll be back in a few thousand miles.

I filed a claim and spoke to another incompetent individual by the name of Maxine Clarke. After 2 months and several phone calls she informed me they were not accepting liability and when I asked her on what basis she had no response. I then asked her for name of the store manager she handled the claim with and she didn't know who she spoke to. Her response was "I don't know, they change all the time". Next step - have my attorney deal with them.

I can fill my own tires but its part of the service and I would have expected the 4 kids standing around and BS'ing would have the time to check and fill the tires when I'm the only car in the shop. No reminder sticker put on the window (as minor as that is, its part of the service). Tech tried to sell me injector cleaner for $25 because his manager uses it and found a 10 mpg increase in fuel mileage. There's nothing you can do to your engine to gain a 10mpg increase. Unless you shed 500 lbs off the car. Just all around a sub par experience and I have used this location a dozen times at least. Managers, or owner, if you're reading this, you need to get this dialed in.
