Westmont Towing ( Charlie) is an outstanding service! After playing the AAA roadside no show game for over an hour we called Charlie and within 15 minutes ha was there . Even though we were broken down and stranded he made the situation a very good experience! I can't say enough good things you'll just have to call him when in need of a tow and see what I'm talking about. Outstanding!! Thanks again Charlie Dave read more

Can I give six stars? I had the best experience! First of all, I called late on a Thursday, and the car was on the truck within an hour. The service was professional and personable! That's so important when people are in a bad situation. Luckily the car was in my driveway, but I needed it towed to a Firestone nearby. The advice that Charlie gave me was to try my insurance company to see if the roadside service included his tow. It did! And it covered a part of the repairs, which is something I never would have thought about trying. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope I never need your service again, but if I do I will be calling you!! read more

Second time we've used this service. After he drops off your car he calls to confirm. Emailed receipt so I could forward to insurance seamlessly. read more

After calling Honda several times to get my car battery jumped, I looked up Westmont Towing on Yelp. Am I glad I did! They came to my home promptly, couldn't have been nicer, and got me on my way in no time. They even gave me advice on how to avoid draining the battery, how to submit paperwork to auto insurance, and wouldn't accept a tip! After this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if needed. read more

Charlie thank you for the save tonight in Willowbrook! Highly fast and professional, pleasant and a fresh of breath air! Prices are fair and everything was done in a timely matter! Thanks Charlie!! read more

I don't know what prompted me to write this review but this happened years ago. My car wouldn't start in my back alley parking spot and conditions made it not easy to be put on the flatbed. These guys came out and just worked magic to extract my car and not damage any property around it. Truly the best tow truck team around. I don't look forward to the day when I have to call them again, but I do I know I won't have to worry. read more

Westmont Towing is wonderful! Charlie, the owner/operator is charismatic, caring and responsive. I was in a jam and explained what was going on with my vehicle. He attempted possible diagnostics over the phone to determine if a tow would be necessary. Indeed it was necessary and Charlie drove a bit of a distance to hook me up and tow my vehicle to the shop. He was extremely quick in responding to my call which was refreshing to experience Charlie's customer service skills. On the way to the shop Charlie dropped me off at a car rental office and proceeded to 'complete the drop'. In lieu of the experience being a pain in my ass, Charlie made it less so. Great service. Quick and knowledgeable. Great personality. I'd recommend to anyone in a similar situation...hopefully I won't see Charlie frequently but if I need a tow I know who I'll call! read more

Got a flat tire in Western Springs, and Charlie came right away! Got there within 20 mins, and took about 20 to change the tire and help me out . I would 10000% recommend Charlie ! Super friendly , and made a recommendation to get a tire alignment . Thanks Charlie - you're the best ! read more

Charlie saved my day recently.. I had called in and instead of recommending a towing, he had me jump the car. I did. It worked. I drove away for free. He could have not given me this advice and towed me, billed me, etc. I really appreciate people like this out in the world. They're good people. Bring your business to them if you ever wind up in a bad towing situation. You won't regret it! read more

Well, well, well, what have we here? A man that makes house calls, and then some! Armed with a trusty Ford Focus, Charlie covers the Du Page and Kane County areas with the most necessary of road side help. I must confess, this Yelp should have been done last November in that mini Ice Age that can only be found in Chicago; but he came to my rescue when my business car sprung 1 and 1/2 flat tires. It took him about 45 minutes to get to me; but in bone chilling cold that was awesome. His on the spot services include not only tires, but reserve tank fill ups, jump starts, and lock outs. It didn't matter that his fingers were frozen in position, he was pleasant and fast and gets a great big way to go from me. I am so glad that someone cornered the market on this; awesome! read more

Charlie was great! Friendly, funny, punctual, and professional. No one ever has been happy to be towed, but Charlie made is as painless as possible. While I hope I don't have to have my car towed again, I know I'll use Superior Roadside and Charlie without question. Thanks! read more

This was my first towing experience and it was great! My check engine light started flashing at me and my car was shaking real bad while I was on the highway. I was lucky enough to be right near an overapss Oasis and stopped. Thankfully, I have roadside assistance covered through my insurance and called. They said it would be about 45 minutes. Within 10 mins after making that call, Charlie called me and said he'd be on his way. I was grateful that he even called to confirm. He was so nice on the phone and right before he hung up, he says, "Toodles!". He had me smiling the entire time from when he got there and when I was dropped off at the auto body shop. Being my first tow experience, it was extremely pleasant. He has a flatbed tow truck and he was very careful with my car. His truck was very clean and enjoyable to ride in, for a tow truck. I'm so glad that he was able to pick me up. In a not so fun situation, he made it completely the opposite. I definitely recommend his service and getting him the next time you need a tow!! read more

Great experience with Westmont towing , it was easy and fast I will recommend Westmont towing to all my friends.

I got my Sunday morning off to a horrible start by locking myself out of my car when I got to work. I did a Google search to find a lockout service that was the closest. I found one that popped up, and called. I'm not that familiar with Westmont, so I thought I made a good choice. I called Johnnys towing in Lombard and was quoted a price of $125! I thought that was a bit much considering how close I was. I ended up doing another Google search, and found Superior, and they were closer to where I was. I called, was given a quote by a friendly, energetic gentleman. He gave me a price, unfortunately that price didn't match the one that I saw on Yelp, but it was better than the $125 I was quoted by the other place. After getting a better price, I called Johnnys to cancel the call and was rudely hung up on! After a very short wait, I got a call and Charlie (I think that was his l name), was outside. He was friendly, professional and made me laugh and smile during a pretty crappy moment. He even suggested that I contact my insurance company to see if they'll cover the fee. What a guy! Just based off his amazing customer service, I would recommend them for all your towing/lockout needs. It's great to know that there are still businesses that know how to treat their customers! read more

I found myself stranded 40 minutes from home, out of gas...battery dying in the dead of winter. I called two road side assistance places the first place (I shall not name names) gave me a ridiculous price and than added $30 to the price if he had to bring me two gallons of gas instead of one (what) because I drive an SUV. I called "Charlie" next he was pleasant, the price was reasonable and most importantly he showed up quickly and seemed to care about me being alone in the cold...with a quickly dying battery as wall as no gas. I would recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate quick assistance if you find your self in a bind! read more

Look no further... well deserved FIVE star reviews! Charlie not only answered the phone himself on a Sunday night, but was at my son's stranded car within 20 minutes. He kept me updated at every step of the way, and when he determined it was not the battery, he towed the car to the shop and called to confirm delivery of the vehicle promptly. Professional, dependable, very kind, and puts you at ease at a stressful time. Thank you Charlie! read more

I was stranded on highway 88 and blew a tire. Frantic I called the first towing company I can find. Charlie from Westmont Towing answered the phone. He ask me a lot of questions and told me I could call IDot and they would come and change my tire for FREE! Now Charlie didn't have to do that. He could of easily had towed me where I wanted to go. But he really understood what I needed and came through for me!! I would recommend Westmont Towing in Westmont, IL to anyone who wants to work with honest and good people!! read more

I was stranded in the snow with all 3 kids 8 and under. Westmont Towing came to my rescue in under 20 minutes and charged a very reasonable rate. I don't review much, but I can't say enough good things about the great service we received from the call to service to settling up with payment we got home in under 40 minutes read more

What a PROFESSIONAL-- urgently responded to my dire call when my vehicle did NOT start! My overall feeling when the tow truck showed up and the owner personally jumped out of the truck to wrestle with my issue--- KNIGHT IN SHINNING ARMOR--GALLANT!! My wife's car tire went flat while she was at work. I was not able to get to her quickly, so I needed to call someone to come assist her. I called a few different places before I found Charlie at Superior Roadside Assistance. The other places I called could not guarantee the price, how quickly they could get there or if they could even change the tire, because it was below zero outside, so freezing bolts were an issue. None of this was a problem for Charlie. When I first started speaking with Charlie I could tell he was different from the other companies. First off, he was friendly! When you have to call for roadside assistance it is almost always because something stressful has occurred; it is nice to have someone on the other line who is cheery, calm and helpful. I explained the problem to Charlie and he immediately provided a solution. I mentioned to him some of the issues other companies I called told me they may run into, Charlie assured me he would take care of everything. He quoted me a fair price and time frame. He said he would be there in about a half hour and arrived to my wife's car in 20 minutes or less. My wife showed him where the spare tire was and then he told her to go inside and he would take care of it (it was below zero out, so this was kind of him). We have only had this car for a couple weeks, we bought it used and of course the spare tire was flat. Charlie filled the spare with air for my wife and inspected the flat tire. He took care of everything quickly and called my wife to let her know he was done. He called me next and then I paid the bill, which was the same price he had quoted earlier. Another company I called said they needed a credit card number upfront and would charge us even if they could not remove the tire due to frozen bolts! Charlie went above and beyond and trusted I would pay once the problem was solved. I could not be happier with the service he provided for my wife and me. His pricing was fair and he over delivered on service. Next time my wife or I need vehicle assistance in or around Dupage County, we will be calling Charlie! read more

Unfortunately I had to use them to jump start my car on Saturday, January 12, 2019. I live very close to their location. They charged me $90.00 for taking out a portable charging machine. They were recommended by a tire and auto firm, Main Guys. I won't use them either. I had to get to work and was under pressure..that's the only reason I used them. I am a senior person and not using this as an excuse, but no one should be charged this outrageous price. By the way, the charging machine can be purchased for about the same price and can be used over and over again. You live and learn, as the saying goes. There are many other companies to use. Luckily they're not the only game in town. DB PS I then went to Firestone at 63rd and Cass and they did a diagnostic test on my battery, FREE OF CHARGE! Guess who will get my business and my recommendation? read more

Had a dead car battery, and called based on the other yelp reviews. Charlie was super nice, prompt, and got my car running! He even checked in the next day to make sure I didn't have any other problems. Definitely recommend! read more

Found this place on yelp after my work truck broke down and roadside assistance estimate a 90 minute wait. I had already worked 12 hours and was in a pretty bad mood, but Charlie said he'd be right there in 30 mins. He found me no problem and was a really cool dude. He had a good attitude and sense of humor. He totally helped pull me out of a miserable mood despite what ended up being a 15 hour shift. read more

Charlie was awesome. My car's axle completely broke and stranded me. He showed up and was very friendly and expedient. My car was taken to the dealer and before I had even arrived, Charlie had already spoken to the service rep and explained the reason my car was taken there. What a great company. They saved my life when my alternator went. I waited for 90 minutes broke down for State Farm to send a complimentary tow before I gave up and found these guys. They were on the road 5 minutes after I called. Do yourself a favor: call Westmont Towing first, THEN call your insurance company and ask them where you can send the bill. Excellent service, and great people. read more

Best roadside assistance! Would recommend Superior Roadside prompt, professional and reasonable 5 star service!

Called for a jump @ 7:45am and Charlie was at my house in a flash. Turned out to be a bigger issue, so he towed the car. He was kind enough not to charge for the attempted jump start, and only charged for the tow. SUPER nice guy, and as enjoyable an experience as getting your car towed can be read more

Charlie is my angel! I was stranded an hour from home with a dead battery and it started to rain. Charlie came very soon in the middle of rush hour traffic, started my car in 10 seconds and even refused to take a tip! Am added bonus - he checked my ID because I had a "check ID" on the back of my credit card, no one ever does this, but I appreciated his diligence and superior professionalism. My highest recommendation to this man. read more

Superior actually sums up owner Charlie Till's business in ever sense; customer service, professionalism, speed in arrival, reliability and pricing. Strongly recommend Superior Roadside Assistance for anyone who pulls a knucklehead move like me (must remember to turn off lights before turning off car) OR has an actual real emergency. Not that I want to interact with such a service often, but I'm so glad to have this phone number in my contacts now. Cause when you need help, you need it pronto. Thanks Charlie! read more

We are in the process of moving to Illinois so naturally our car had to break down. If ever my car breaks down again, I am calling Charlie. Not only did he show up promptly, but he was incredibly helpful. He decided to save us some money by not towing our mini-van, but jump starting it. When I was worried about it breaking down again, he led the way to the repair shop and made sure we got there all right. Wow! In a world of five stars, Charlie's Superior Roadside Assistance is a gold plated 10. read more
