It was quick. They speak Vietnamese AND English. There is a cash discount, so I only had to pay $50. My usual smog test place is a block further East from here but they were closed even though it was 45 minutes past their posted opening hours. Not the first time this happened to me. Figured I'd give this place a shot. I'm glad I did! The Husband and Wife owners are extremely friendly and they have a very comfortable waiting area with a huge bird cage. Was fun watching the beautiful variety of birds while waiting for my car to be tested which took about 10 minutes if that. My car didn't qualify for their coupon but it was 100% the exact same price as the place I usually go to with a coupon. I called ahead of time and they let me know that appointments are not required since the test only takes about less than 10 min. I like bringing my vehicle here as the gentlemen is really friendly and quick but my only gripe is he doesn't open the hours specified or he doesn't open at all. For example, i took my vehicle there on a Friday at 9 am and hung out in the parking lot and by 9:45 the business still wasn't opened and the phone number doesn't work.
