Good service! I was someone else and I wanted to charge more, it happens to me sometimes just for being a woman.

Great service and friendly vibes! Pricing is great. No need to go anywhere else. Thumbs up!

My family have been going to this place for over 5-6 years already. The owner is quick, informative, and gets the job done.

Thiem and his team are the best. Quick service, friendly and honest. Highly recommended!

I've gone to this place many times, but this last time was a complete disaster, the owner kept yelling at his wife, making everyone uncomfortable. I checked my vehicle w my bro before I left home, all hoses were in place, I get there and the owner says the hoses are all disconnected.. he yells at his wife charge her double, sheis making me work too hard read more

Nice guy who runs the shop. Its is small with a few plastic chairs outside for waiting. He was beyond friendly and fast. Be aware- cash only! But if you forget there is an ATM inside the mall next door. He was also open on Sunday when i was in a time crunch. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Got a quick smog check here and Tim was very helpful if I had any questions about the process.

Been going here the last 5 years and has been my favorite smog spot since I've been driving(2004). I'm always in and out with no complaints. Their prices are very competitive; probably the best in town honestly. They're way cheaper than other spots I've been to in the past. As long as they're doing business, I will continue to get all of my cars smogged here. read more

Nice place. Great price for a smog check. We've been here twice and both time's they were helpful.

Came here on a Sunday after the smog machine at my usual spot malfunctioned. Of course it was while he was doing my car. Popped in here as it was the next closest one that was open. The guy was busy, one of the customers I saw at the first stop beat me here. But the smog tech was quick and friendly, kept apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patience. And he was very thorough. Highly recommended! read more

Came in on a Sunday to get my Ford smog check. Don helped me out who was easy going and fast. Took about 15 minutes and I was on my way.

I come here every year to smog the our truck and van. Its a busy parking lot and I always get in and out in 15mins. $45 cash. I called 1st, because today was a holiday and I was so happy they were open. read more

Super friendly and does a good job. Extremely affordable price. The only gripe I have which they can't control is the parking lot is small and if you have a truck it could be very tight or not fit at all. read more

the best price in town and excellent customer service, will come back here for many years!

Quick . Painless. Cheap. Tim did an amazing job. I'll forever come here as long as I'm in the area. I always have something to fix or some issue. He's not trying but to scam you. Glad I came here. I will defin recommend this place. Thanks Tim! read more

Just had another smog check @ the Smog DOC. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! When you arrive, it's usually usually only yourself or one car ahead of you. I would recommend calling before to see if it's busy. There's a little row of chairs that provides a waiting area in the front while Tim runs the diagnostics on your car. Service has remained consistent, inexpensive, and efficient over the years I've been coming. Thanks, Tim! read more

Yayyyy I passed the smog check today and pay $45 for my vehicle. Thanks Mr. Don (Vietnamese Đôn) for helping me out with excellent service! You won't regret giving it a try here. I read every reviews since my first time having a smog check but very satisfied. I called ahead to make sure there's spot available, and I only have to wait 5min till the previous car done. Mr. Don is so nice, kind, and focused on his work. I didn't have cash and he still waiting for me to go withdraw money and give me exactly change although I pay for tips included You don't have to wait long. The inspection lasts 15min and done smoothly with documents and papers filed, ready to go when finished. Will recommend for friends to stop by. Thanks Mr. Đôn read more

Went on a Sunday a bit before noon. Nobody waiting, got right in. Fast, efficient, explained what came next, gave me hard copies of test report, then pulled the car out into the parking lot. Very friendly and communicative. Excellent price too. Will come back next time DMV surprises me. read more

Tim at Smog DOC is a super friendly and honest dude. I called in to see if they could fit me in 30 mins before closing and he told me to come on in but it's a first come, first serve basis. When I got there, he was working on another car. I didn't wait too long before he pulled my car up and began doing his thing. We talked while the paper work was getting pulled up and he gave me some advice on selling cars. I was in and out in 20 mins. Totally recommend coming to see Tim! P.s. Remember to bring cash! read more

Quick service, came in on a Friday around 4PM. He jumped right into it and started the check right away. Other customers that came after me did not have to wait long either. My car was already warmed up from a commute so the test didnt take long. 15 minutes for me at most. He is also very kind. Would recommend coming here again. Don't forget your paper work. read more

I was working in Orange County and needed to get my truck smog'd at a star certified shop. Smog Doc had great reviews so I decided to try them out. Every review I read is true. Got in and out of there very quickly and for $40. I didn't read the reviews closely enough and showed up with out CASH. He was kind enough to give me my keys and direct me to the closest Chase bank. Great customer service and I highly recommend this shop. Remember to BRING CASH. read more

Pros: Customer service was great. :) Took about 15 minutes to get my smog check done. Bring $40 CASH in case you're like me and you only ever carry cards! Cons: Parking is a little crowded as it's shared by a few other small businesses. Best thing to do is call beforehand and pull up to the front of the shop. read more

Quick service (in & out in 20 mins), reasonable price (cash only $50 for smog check/e-certificate), and friendly staff. Service here is very quick but what bothers me here is when my car lost power due to bad positive battery terminal cable. After I changed the terminal cable, my car start perfectly fine. Even though it's my fault, but at least I hope they don't criticize my car with disparaging words and they seem to have expressed an attitude to me like asking how much the car costs and then judging me as stupid and fool. Another funny thing is they asked me to see a cousin's car and said that Acura is better than Honda??? This is so ridiculous. It's a company that just shares the same car platform and upgrades the interior and features to a more premium car. Those things do not mean that one car is better than another when they are all used cars, we need a car in good condition. Their car that I see has even been stripped of the original paint, for the mechanics and operation, I don't know because I haven't seen it, but in fact, they just want to sell the car. Whatever is it, they should avoid at all cost because the customer, what they need is the necessary advice to correct the mistake, not to induce them to sell the car to buy the car of their choice before the customer's request. Customers will never come back when they're tired of complaints that annoy them the same way I have experienced. read more
