I was referred to this location after I had smart lipo on my arms last December by my plastic surgeon's nurse. A general recommendation is to have three to five massage treatments after a lipo procedure such as the one I had, but some may experience benefits from as few as one to two treatments. I ultimately decided to do this massage because in general, our bodies will struggle in getting rid of toxins which will inevitably affect our immune systems and overall well-being. In addition, often those who had surgery will end up with excessive lymph liquids after which will result in swelling and bruising. After I made the appointment over the phone, I was required to complete my medical and other new client documents prior to the appointment. When I came in, I was greeted promptly and given an orientation of what the location offers and was asked various questions to include, what my expected outcome was after the massage. During lymphatic massage, Alex, a qualified massage therapist gently manipulated my skin and underlying tissues in the areas of lymph production to increase circulation and promote drainage and healing. Absolutely the best place I've ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was charmingly greeted. Offered water, asked how my morning was going, and I mean just a genuine care and kindness. So overwhelming with hospitality. What a beautiful feeling. I sat down in a private room with another lady who spoke to me about the lymphatic massage and what to expect. She asked about my concerns and we chatted about other things as well. Just an out pour of caring and holistic healing and health. Phoebe was the one that did my massage for I believe 75 minutes. Gentle touch and a warm table, I was so comfortable and relaxed, and just enjoying being in the moment. Phoebe massaged my face, and worked on my arms, my legs and my tummy. Amazing experience and again, just a nice soothing gentle touch. When my massage was over. Of course I felt so relaxed and happy, and motivated and inspired. I was offered an infarred light for 15 minutes. This was just an added extra to the massage. After my massage. I had a cup of turmeric tea with honey. It was very nice to sip that and enjoy being in the moment. When I was ready to leave, I was given instructions, drinks lots of water. Stay away from alcohol. That's it, easy enough. I was also given a goodie bag with a dry brush. I promised I would use this dry brush every morning. I won't let you down Phoebe, I promise!! Just another happy customer here. I began going to Westlake Lymphatic Health & Wellness Center prior to my mommy makeover and continued afterwards for six weeks to help with my recovery. I can't recommend this place enough. Wonderful staff - shout outs to Rita, Sandra, Kirsten, and Raquel! Place is so inviting and peaceful. Loved my lymphatic drainage massage after my surgery. I did Zerona and the red light treatment too. I shed 13.5 (!!!) inches on Zerona. I measured myself in their office after each session - so I'm proof it does work! :) And I wasn't sure at the start. Staff is amazing! All the ladies here were so supportive and made me feel welcomed and beautiful the second I walked into their office. The cleanliness and aura of there office was so beautiful! I loved Zerona! It helped my body not only slim down to fit into my wedding Dress but feel my health become better over all. I was no longer waking up swollen and Verona did target my stubborn waist and belly fat! I did also have in my package a migun bed massage, it targeted pressure points in my back and helped with the stress of the wedding I was going through!
