The rooms are very casual with chalkboards and a small area to place your things. The lights remain on throughout the session and you can definitely hear chatter from other rooms. I didn't mind but just know this going in if you do like the quiet serene spa experience. Nicole was my masseuse and she was lovely! The technique they used to heat up the body and really get into the tissues is great. I wanted her to focus on my upper back and neck area since that's where I've had a lot of tension and I left feeling like a new person.
