After I made the appointment over the phone, I was required to complete my medical and other new client documents prior to the appointment. When I came in, I was greeted promptly and given an orientation of what the location offers and was asked various questions to include, what my expected outcome was after the massage. During lymphatic massage, Alex, a qualified massage therapist gently manipulated my skin and underlying tissues in the areas of lymph production to increase circulation and promote drainage and healing. The massage itself was gentle, light, relaxing and comfortable. There was a reduction in discomfort and swelling immediately after the massage. Gentle touch and a warm table, I was so comfortable and relaxed, and just enjoying being in the moment. Phoebe massaged my face, and worked on my arms, my legs and my tummy. Amazing experience and again, just a nice soothing gentle touch. When my massage was over. Of course I felt so relaxed and happy, and motivated and inspired. I was offered an infarred light for 15 minutes. This was just an added extra to the massage. After my massage. I had a cup of turmeric tea with honey. It was very nice to sip that and enjoy being in the moment. When I was ready to leave, I was given instructions, drinks lots of water. Stay away from alcohol. That's it, easy enough. I was also given a goodie bag with a dry brush. I promised I would use this dry brush every morning. I won't let you down Phoebe, I promise!! She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles.
